All American Home Care Was founded as All American Hospice LLC at 139 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville, PA in 10/18/2011. The company was founded on the idea that every patient that receives end of life service needs more care then they are currently receiving. The company started to compete with some of the best and brightest hospice agencies in the state of Pennsylvania. The primary difference that the company offered is a Language Program and a Increase in Frequency program. These two wonderful programs which improved patient’s quality of care, and connected with more patients that never knew about the hospice benefit. With the success of All American Hospice in September 2013 All American Home Care was born. Now All American Home Care & Hospice operates out of 3 offices. this company needs to improve their…

this company needs to improve their personnel always missing pay, they don’t know how to communicate with their employees they give you an attitude cause they know you are right. I submitted my signature and my clients because i was missing hours according to them it was because i was out of range cause when i would punch in and out it would stay in red, 😂 so that was almost every day! I went in to get my last check that they owed me and guess what it wasn’t there now it’s Christmas and i have to wait till after to get paid! people find a better place that appreciates you!

I was told by all American sales…

I was told by all American sales department that. If I choose their agency my rate will start at 15$ an hour.. that was a lie.. when I signed up.. my rate was 14$ an hour..then I was told that when my mother hours increase that my pay rate would go up.. and that was another lie.. My pay rate went down to 12.25 an hour.. when my mother first got approved for her hours she only had 21 hours per week.. I had to fight for my mother to more hours without any support from all American.. now my mother is receiving 56 hours per week.. because of all of the deciet from All American I will be going to sign up with another agency.. all American does not care about the elderly or their employees.. their just concerned about the money!!

I will start saying the my first…

I will start saying the my first contact was with the representative Alfa Cortorreal , I am very grateful to work with her. In the other hand the staff is very friendly. I am happy to work with them for my father’s needs, lastly but very important pay always on time.

Great experience working with Alfa Cortorreal m, and the agency

I had an excellent experience with Alfa Cortorreal. She guided my mother through the entire process from start to finish with professionalism and care. We felt very comfortable working with her, as she was highly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. You won’t be disappointed working with her or the agency. Thank you!
