I was with another company and everything I experienced was the EXACT OPPOSITE of what happened there. Thorough, professional, polite and good natured was such a refreshing change. Thank you for the lovely service. I appreciate it!!!! My on boarding specialist Janise was an absolute DOLL. So much so that I feel comfortable saying I made a new friend. One of the best hiring experiences I’ve ever had. And am proud considered part of this company.

Since I've been working but all American it has been a very rewarding situation, not only is my client amazing but the support from my coordinator helps everything run smoothly daily, it's the little things like being able to reach out to her with any issues that I may have that makes me feel so connected with my leadership,I appreciate you marina!!

My name is Gigi and I am a home health care giver and I work for American Home Health Care. I have worked for American Home Health Care for a little over a year now. While making sure this agency does what they need to do in order for me to take care of my patient, they are not just any old home health care agency. As a whole the agency is wonderful in many ways.

I am writing this review today to let folks know how amazingly wonderful my direct boss, Marina is and has been since she was assigned to myself and my patient.

Although I have not known my direct boss, for a long period of time nor have I ever met her in person, I feel like I have known her for years. She's a person with a huge heart, kind words... always, very attentive and most certainly very supportive of my feelings and needs which enables me to care for my patient on a top notch level.

Honestly you can not just choose any random person off the streets, sit them behind a desk and put a phone in their hands and expect them to do Marina's job. It takes a person with qualities such as but not limited to...

Loving, trusting, easy to talk to and/or with, understanding, emotionally and mentally connected, always willing to help others before themselves, smiles not matter what the situation may be and all around angel.

My boss Marina has all of these qualities and many more. I know that without Marina being there and helping me every step of the way, I would not have been able to care for my patient has well has I have been and will be.

Thank you again Marina for being YOU! You make daily life for myself and my patient that much easier. We need more folks like Marina in this world. And America Home Health Care, and their employees and patients are all lucky to have Marina on their side.

I honestly can say I have had the best experience with Lauren Pucci. She have been so supportive and attentive to my family. She have reached out to me every week to check in on the client and all of the family supporting us throughout the process. She’s very hands on and goes above and beyond to ensure we’re getting the help we need!

Amanda has been extremely helpful, she told me how get my information to get a home caregiver. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't know how to do what she has told me to get my information to DHS.

Amanda has been so very helpful and patient she's gone above and beyond to assist with with every aspect of the process

In my assessment, I would assign a score of zero because of Monet. I do not believe she acts in the best interests of the caregivers or the client. When I spoke with her, she yelled at me and behaved unprofessionally, raising her voice when things did not go her way.

I've been with All American Home Care, in Harrisburg Pennsylvania for a couple of years now. They are still #1 in my book, always keeping me in the loop and on top of all tasks. I never have had a team this strong and compassionate having my back, but I owe everything to my coordinator Marina Giogaia. She literally is like wonder women, there isn't anything that she can't fix, accomplish or help me figure out. I'm still completely overjoyed with All American, I'm staying put.

So I had the pleasure of working with All American since 2017 for the second Street office and now with the Broad Street office amazing staff clients are great. I had the pleasure of working alongside Emily Dominguez as well as Shinaye from the Broad Street office and I have nothing but good to say about this company. They are awesome and always do pick up their phones when us CNA‘s and HHA‘s are in need as well as our clients I want to thank you guys for the experience and keep up the great work.
