Hi Karen, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the Personalise Your Box option and that the wording wasn’t clear.
Just to clarify, one gift box is included free of charge with your order. If you’d like an additional gift box, you can purchase a second one, and you can then choose to personalise either one box or both, depending on your preference.
We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear when placing your order, and we completely understand how this could have caused confusion. We’ll take your feedback on board and share it with the relevant team so we can look at making the wording and options clearer for customers.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Ruksana, thank you so much for your lovely 5-star review! We put a lot of thought into how our gifts arrive, not just what’s inside - a personalised gift should feel special from the moment the box is opened. It’s brilliant to hear you loved the personalised bag and box and that the extra personal touches made the gift feel even more special!
