SCAM!!! The shop owner kept making promises and assuring me that they had no intention of defrauding me of the item I paid for in June, while continuously posting new items on their website. How despicable and uneducated.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company based on my experience.

They were certainly happy to take my money, but after that the service was virtually non-existent. My product was not shipped, I received no meaningful updates, and communication was extremely poor.

After getting nowhere, I eventually had to contact my bank to recover my money. They dealt with the refund within minutes, which was a relief, but I should never have been put in that position in the first place.

Taking a customer's money is the easy part. Actually shipping what they have paid for and communicating when there is a problem is the minimum you should expect.

Very disappointing experience. Based on what happened to me, I would not order from this company again and would advise others to be extremely cautious.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered binoculars, no response to enquiries. Finally claimed they must have sold them elsewhere and promised a refund, which hasn't appeared and no further communications. Now going through chargeback.

Wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my money. Found the lens I wanted on Google, price was good, £10 delivery seemed a bit steep but the lens was a good price. Placed the order, paid by bank transfer (which I've since found out is a big no no), but there was no other payment option. Received an invoice so everything seemed okay until I checked for reviews. After reading the poor reviews I tried to contact the company both by email and phone, emails were ignored and the phone was never answered. The lens I purchased continues to be advertised for sale. I contacted the bank but because there was no money in the account I transferred the money to I could not be reimbursed. I have completed a fraud report but don't hold out much luck for any action so please do not purchase anything from this company.

Please do not bother. Ordered a lens hood. No communication. Nothing sent after 10 days. Called the number on the website after no responses to emails / messages. Rang 5 times and got a message saying i would be called back.
I asked if the shop was a scam - he said " no sir" and span his no familiar yarn about moving premises.
Offered a refund but I've been reimbursed by my bank.
What an absolute waste of time.

Just like most other previous reviews on here. Company simply does not send the products you have paid for! The owner is happy to take your money up front and then you'll never hear from him again.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this lot, but was also the victim of their fraud, which my bank, who refunded me the whole amount paid by bank draft, designated this as an 'authorised push payment' scam. This has also been reported to the online police fraud system. Not so much caveat emptor as do not touch with a bargepole!

I ordered a lens and was charged £10 for premium post. Over a week later nothing received. Phone always on answerphone and messages ignored. Contact via their website also ignored. Trying to get my money back via card company. Shan't deal again. Awful experience.

I ordered a lens from this company but never received anything. I called their office, and the man I spoke to said they were working on my order. After that, I heard nothing — no messages and no tracking code.

I opened a dispute with the card payment provider I used for the order and received a refund.

Avoid this seller.

My experience has been the same as most of the others on here. I ordered goods which never arrived, phoned and was told they would be dispatched then not able to contact. I have had to start process to recover money with my bank.

Avoid at all cost! I placed an order on the 28th of April, it is now the 18th of May & I have had no contact whatsoever. Have emailed them 3 times now, no reply, no delivery. This is a totally untrustworthy seller, I only wish I had checked here before I placed an order.

Bought a camera lens from this site and never received the goods. Tried contacting the company but no response. Wish I had seen the reviews first. Now going through the boring process of getting my money back.
Do not touch the shop with a barge pole, I don't understand how they are allowed to keep trading.

I have lens on back order from the 3rd April but I spoke to the owner last week and he said that he was moving premises, which might explain a lot and to be fair he has not paid in my cheque. I still live in hope as I really want the lens!

I'm the latest "victim" of this company.
My order never moved from "Processing", and enquiries with MWC as to my order's status fell on deaf ears...
Consequently, I put the matter in the hands of my bank's Fraud Department.
I'm amazed that any company can continue to exist (assuming they do) in the face of its longstanding and overwhelming criticism...

Purchased camera on 20th March but didn't look until trustpilot or reviews until too late. Payment was taken immediately but have had no response since. Sent multiple chaser emails to ask about a refund or where the item is and have been ignored. Sadly all the previous reviews are true and this shop is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Thankfully paid via card instead of bank transfer so will be disputing this with my bank.

Avoid all dealings with this company.

Beware!!! Fraud! This is a criminal! Scam! He collect your money but never send the items! Contact your local Police!

Sadly a scam! I should have looked on here first!
Purchased on line, order confirmed, 6 weeks later nothing no item received, calls not answered, emails not responding. Now the item I purchased is back for sale proving its a scam!
What people need to know do is report to trading standards and if necessary take legal action as I will be doing, only way to stop people getting scammed!!!

Please avoid purchasing anything from this business unless in person and you can see the goods you are buying. My experience is the same as most others here - ordered goods online, no response from repeated enquiries by email or telephone. Perhaps the only better experience is that after 3 weeks I did get my money refunded, after explaining that I would be contacting trading standards and the police. I cannot understand why someone would operate a business so badly, and expose themselves to accusations of fraud and dishonesty. Sadly, the impact of this is the same - if you treat customers this way, expect to be held accountable.

Bought a vintage camera and money was taken immediately yet item never was sent out.
I called both numbers and landline not a valid number and mobile he only answers if and when he feels like it as the one time I got through he said leave it with me and I will call you back then heard no more again.

No response to emails, text messages etc so was advised to report to action fraud uk as it more and more seems like a scam company, eventually I had to go through my bank and report transaction as a scam but couldn't do this until 15 days had past since purchase date, they did eventually refund my money.

I just wish I had checked reviews of this company first as I would never of used had I seen the countless people they took money from with little to no intention of sending out their purchased items, absolutely terrible this still goes on, in my case in 2026 they should be closed down permanently, and face a judge in court and be punished for the frustration they inflict on genuine people.

I dread to think the amount of people that must of ordered gone through same disgusting treatment and got so frustrated that they just gave up and lost money to these ignorant vile people that have no customer service skills whatsoever, and by the looks of things no intention of sending you what you paid for.. UBELIEVEABLE !

PLEASE avoid this company at all costs and save yourself the stress and frustration.
