Beautiful and musical work of craftsmanship
The 7-year old daughter of my neice loved it! The music was beautiful... the box .....even the inlay was beautiful. So thanks Boris and Dan. I had a problem with the box intitally but called them up and Dan sent out another one (including the engraving!). Had it with 3 days. Good job guys!

30ty anniversary music box
I am so excited to see the music box I have created for my husband for our 30th anniversary! My experience with Boris has been so great he has taken the time to help me create my vision and answered all my questions so my experience has been seamless! Once the music box arrives I will update and I just know it will surpass my expectations!

I only wish that all companies provided the kind of service that I received there from Jordan, who lovingly and successfully repaired a music box toy that my daughter had when she was an infant. Ordering issue…
I made an order using 20% discount code and somehow checked it with a different 10% code. I contacted them, and they refunded me the difference immediately, no questions asked. I appreciate this kind of rare customer service. Many, if not most, companies would be giving me the runaround if they even respond to my issue. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Cali's Memorial Music Box
I ordered a beautiful music box to hold my precious cat's remains. The box arrived quickly but the shipper damaged it. I contacted Music Box Attic and provided pictures of the damage. Their customer service responded immediately to make it right. Unfortunately the original box was out of stock but they provided 3 alternative replacements I could choose. I chose a beautiful replacement, received it quickly, and a return label was included for the damaged box. I will definitely purchase from Music Box Attic again. The quality of the box is exceptional and their customer service goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!!
