I bought this as an anniversary gift to my fiancé, who's been obsessed with Phantom of the Opera since she was a teenager. She was in tears of joy when she saw this, and it delivered relatively quick as well! Nicely packaged and overall a very smooth experience

Ordering was very easy. I received updates for every step. Filling and shipping the music box was quick.
The shipping box was packed extremely well and the gift box inside was sturdy as well. The music box was beautiful and the sound was clear and crisp. This will be a Christmas gift for my sister that she can pass on to a special grand daughter some day. I chose Somewhere Out There as my sister sang it to get her grand daughter to sleep.

Fast delivery, great product. I ordered a box with a module with on/off switch and received one without, but they quickly refunded the price difference as I couldn't wait for a replacement to be sent.
