Lost $1000 of Clothes
On 11/14/22, I had my garments picked up by Mulberry's as a first time drycleaning customer from my apartment complex. I received a text that they had picked up my clothes and confirmed with the front desk that my clothes were taken but the clothes did not show up in their app which tracked my order. I waited a week until I attempted to contact the company. I called them on 11/19, 11/20, 11/21 and was never able to reach a human being. The company finally emailed me on Monday asking for the details of my drycleaning. They lost my stuff and are now launching an investigation which they claim will take 2 weeks. The garments are worth almost $1000, this experience is unacceptable and unprofessional.
