Thank you for your lovely review and your positive comment about recycled boxes. We re use over 95% of the boxes we receive which does mean that outer delivery box does not always look perfect, but we are proud of these recycling rates.
Storage box
I order tool/ storage box unfortunately when arrived was definitely looks like someone drag this throughout all warehouse. I called I spoke with lady who was very helpful and in a week time item which was not in best condition was collected and I received new one, which definitely was much better quality then previews one. A great fun gift any outdoor orientated person would love
Buying it for my grandson I'd never heard of it. When it arrived I was blown away by the beautiful wood turned handle and I knew that he would have a great time lighting a fire with this great item. A really great item any child would love to have to take to camp and share the fun with others.
