Absolute joke of a company.
All TCG stock gets listed as "Sold out to preorder".
The staff have told me lies trying to make it seem I was wrong.

I can see what you are doing, all your TCG stock gets backdoored.

You shouldn't be allowed to sell TCG products.

My main issue has been the robotic responses I've received as a new account. I'm 99% certain that the 'person' responding to me is AI. I've never had a wholesaler/distributor so apathetic about trying to sell or recommend items, hopefully that just means they're doing so well that they don't need or want any new accounts. We're always on the look out for new toy/collectible items to sell and it could just be that Muddleit's items are not suited to us, but I'm sure if they had a salesperson that wanted to actually sell, they could find some items we could try out.

A few months after I first opened my bricks and mortar store just over 3 years ago, I signed up for a trade account with Muddleit, and my experience has been nothing but fantastic.
My account manager, Ellie, is absolutely amazing, and I have loved speaking with her over the years.
Their website is easy to use for ordering, and even more so with pre-orders.
Ellie always let me know when my preordered stock was due to land, so I could take a look at what I would like to add to the order if it fell just short of their minimum order amount.
If Ellie was ever away, another account manager would always pick up on any orders I had due in so that I didn't miss out or have to wait longer.
Depending on when I pay for my order, it is sometimes shipped out the same day and always arrived extremally quickly and well packaged.
Minimum order amount is low and very reasonable - More than easy to achieve when you are ordering only a handful of items.
Unfortunately I'm in a position where I am no longer able to continue my business, and I will very much miss working with this company and ordering with them.

I have read the 1 star reviews, because I couldn't believe there was so many when Muddleit have been nothing but fantastic in my experience, and I'm not surprised to see that they all seem to be from people jumping on the Pokemon Card hype.

As someone who has always been able to successfully purchase Pokemon cards, and I would not class myself as a particular high spender, I think their system is perfect. Muddleit limit stock and allocate as much as they can to different business so everyone can have a little bit and, quite fairly, offer this to customers who have been with them for a while.
They are a business too, who just like us retailers, want long lasting customers, not just people who will buy 1 product while it's hot and then drop them the moment it isn't.

If you are a genuine business who specialises in trading cards, anime and cute collectables, Muddleit is perfect.
If you are looking to only grab Pokemon and abuse staff because they won't give you any, then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Spoken with Megan via email who helped answer some queries I had. Megan was very professional and fast in responding answering everything I needed with clear responses. Very easy and smooth to do business.

This company only value high spending accounts and save all the pre-orders for them, pre ordered 3 items to be told I don't spend enough money to be entitled to pre-order the items,if you let people open an account they should be treated as equal as any other account ,disgraceful ethics ,I deal with several wholesalers so I buy from whoever has the cheapest product at the time, if your suppliers dealt with you the same way you treat your small accounts you wouldn't be too happy, but you say I can buy anything else I want from you, that's probably if your big accounts do not want them? Limited supplies you say, then you should limit the amount your other accounts can buy of one product so everyone can get them like other suppliers do, but don't worry I know a few of the other accounts you have, and one has kindly told me they'll let me have them from their own orders,you go to Costco they would never limit products to you even if you'd been inactive as long as your account was still opened, because every account is equal, you can go ahead and close my account as Muddleit do not treat everyone equally as they claim which is plain to see from your reply.

Amazing company to deal with. I always keep in touch regarding lines that i require and they do special orders for me. Previous reviews of 1 star seem to be companies having issues with pokemon allocations. Yes pokemon is heavily allocated at present and this is due to increased demand and low supply from pokemon themselves. Heavily allocated pokemon lines are not just from this company but all pokemon distributors that we have dealings with. I would suggest to ignore any negative pokemon related reviews as they are just frustrated resellers who like all pokemon stores cant seem to get the stock qty that we require due to pokemon supply shortages.

Was fine with my previous business but when I registered my new business, all of a sudden, im a stranger. Now their requirements to get new releases or any Pokemon TCG stock is ridiculous! You must now have over a years business with them to be allocated stock because you're guaranteed sales for them but how can I do that as a new business if they won't allocate any stock?! Im not wasting my money on stock I don't want, stock that my business doesnt specialise in, nor would it sell. It's so annoying! Now I have to look elsewhere.

Terrible service from Megan on sales. I have over £1000 on pre-order and waited 7 months (no joke) for them to get anything. When they got some stock allocated to me i was told i have a min spend of £250 but they didnt have any other items to make the order upto £250 so they cant dispaicth to me even if i paid £15 for postage. Horrible comany with bad ethics

Tried to buy an item and kept getting kicked back to login/ create account, gave up after an hour. Rubbish experience

I have recently joined up with Muddleit & have been working with my account manager Megan, who is an absolute star and has hands down made the experience extremely easy for me, i cannot recommend this company enough, everyone i have spoken with is very friendly & helpful. Thank you again.

As an independent retailer we can not recommend Muddleit enough. They have the best selection of ‘on trend’ products as well as core items that we always need. We are always kept up to date of what current items are selling well, along with new products that are due. A company is only ever as good as its customer service and with Muddleit their Customer service is second to none.

Fraud. Paid but won’t ship. They emailed me asking me to provide my card details to get refund including CVV! Anyone would know that you can’t share your cvv in any means. Have reported to the police.
