I've always had a great experience with Bliss whilst interacting with various departments across their business, but I'm going to focus on their organised play structure for the topic of this review

Bliss consistently maintain a standard of customer service and relevant interaction which goes far beyond what could be considered the current industry standard for organised play support. From personalised and encouraging service to reliable support in the instance of unforeseen issues, the team at Bliss (within organised play and across their various associated teams) has always approached each scenario with professionalism and an understanding of how their service can impact each local game store they work alongside

What's more, on several occasions, Bliss have gone out of their way to contact local game stores to gather opinions and thoughts from their customers on both products and services. This lets them further personalise their service, and has gone a long way to founding a bond of trust amongst their customers and their business

Truthfully, these small details allow Bliss to maintain their edge and continue to provide the consistently high quality of service which local game stores have come to appreciate more and more as organised play systems across the ever-expanding tabletop games industry continue to develop

For organised play and beyond, I'd recommend Bliss highly

One of the most genuine guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing is Steve Lonsdale!
The bloke is a fountain of knowledge who will go out of his way to ensure you get the answers you need!
Nothing is ever to much trouble, always has a happy and can do attitude.
Could sit on the phone to Steve for hours and just nerd out with him!

We've been using Bliss as a distributor of multiple TCGs and accessories for a while now and they're fantastic. Constantly growing and looking for ways to improve.
With the distribution of high-demand products, the process implemented to handle demand in a fair way has been outstanding.
Nobody is perfect and naturally there are minor issues that arise, but the team are always on hand to take action which is all that you can ask for from anybody.

Bliss Distribution are excellent distributors. Since using Bliss they communicate exceptionally well, offer an excellent variety of product, ship quickly and securely. We have never experienced an issue with any of our orders with Bliss since opening an account last year.

Tom who is Head of Sales has been extremely helpful in supporting our business in recommending new product lines to enter into along with going above and beyond to keep us in the loop as and when new product becomes available.

if i could leave a 6 star review i would! Bliss are an absolute pleasure to deal with and both their OP manager and sales representative are everything that's right about the industry we are in. Community focused and driven by cooperation. I only wish that Pokemon and Bandai would give them a bigger slice of the pie as they deserve it.

Jason and Steve at bliss are absolutely awesome. Literally couldn't do enough for us and go well and truly beyond the call of duty to support us. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Bliss as a supplier are fantastic. A great range of products and fair allocations when required. The account managers, organised play and accounts team are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful making working with them easy.

We've been using Bliss since last August, mostly for our Yu-Gi-Oh! and D&D stock and were assigned Laura as our account manager. She's always super responsive and will do her best to sort things out for us.

We’ve been using Bliss distribution now for several months and must say the customer service and the response is exemplary. No question or issue is too minor to chat to them as long as a conversation takes place! While the website could do with some work I can’t fault the staff they do an amazing job look forward to seeing the website being improved otherwise keep up the good work!
