Stefan made attendance to our house to install the required modem. He was respectful to our property at all times wearing boot covers, taking away the leftover pieces of packaging etc and leaving... Se mere

Couldn’t fault the install today, engineer James was polite and very helpful, helped re route installed cable which had been fitted incorrectly the the outside. No mess left either . Thanks James

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. Quickly installed my new box neatly and exactly where I wanted it. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable, just a shame I didn't catch his name as he's a credit to your company. Thank you MS3 for a fantastic all round service.

The engineer who installed my internet told me what he was going g to do as soon as he came in. He was very friendly I highly recommend to anyone

Excellent service

I was kept informed at every step and given an hour's notice of the engineer's arrival on the agreed date. He was on time, got on with the job and then explained everything to me. He left no mess and was very polite. Made sure I knew where to contact in case of difficulty or questions. Very good service.

Courteous and prompt

Courteous, prompt and delivered the installation without a fuss. I can only complain the fibre network box has an annoying high pitch frequency, probably a cheap fan inside

Installed Monday

Installed Monday, no Internet Wednesday, engineer Friday. No Internet for 3 days after leaving a reliable supplier after 35yrs. ZERO interest after you sign up

☆ The issue was fixed 8.30am Friday morning.

Some ridiculous niggles but mostly a brilliant service

Apart from Monday when I received a phone call to say there was not enough height from pole to bungalow to connect me, everything else was good. If there ius not enough height from pole to bungalow two things occur to me !) why was this not picked up when the mast went up? The bungalows have been there for decades - well before the 60s. The height issue should have been identified then & solved before any of the bungalow residents applied for NS3 services. 2)why was this not identified when I bought my package? I should have been warned there might be a problem and given the choice of going elsewhere but - my money was taken.
Then on Tuesday a team turned and simply dealt with the issue with no concerns at all.
Wednesday was inside connection day and I must say how amazing Josh is. He was courteous, friendly, efficient, tidy, and more importantly to me, knowledgeable and informative about fibre optics etc. He gave me background info that answered all the worries or niggles I had about how wifi works. The boxes were installed neatly, just where I wanted them and with no sloppy or unnecessary cabling as I had experienced with past suppliers. Again, he clearly explained how things worked, reassuring me I have a very fast service with good coverage around my new home. My system was up and running after less than 24 hours with no wifi. He was the epitome of what any engineer, in any field, should be. Thank you Nathan. I hope all your engineers are as well trained as I will always choose an MS3 service and recommend one that is underpinned by MS3.

Asked for the router to be in the living room, which they did with no issues. Overall happy with the work 10 out of 10

Good experience

Good experience. The engineer was polite, network took 30mins to activate after installation. It cheaper than Kcom I called Kcom to close my account and there were begging me that they can match the offer I refused and told them that they a billing me £4 every month for being out of contracts and they have already sent me letter last month that my bill will increase by £1. I told them am happy to leave them.

What can I say.... R Kev

What can I say... let’s just start with Kev. Whoever you are Kev we love you. Recently moved to MS3 and within a few days the internet stopped working. I tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING to get it working again. It was also a late dark damp Saturday night so there no phone lines to call to save us. That's when the Wife looked up MS3 on a random Facebook group and found a leaflet with kevs number. We decided fudge it let’s call Kev. Kev didn't answer the first time (understandable it was 20:30 on a Saturday night). However, Within minutes Kev was ringing the phone eager to come to our aid. I picked up the phone and told Kev what the issue was. Kev replied saying "I'm on the case leave it with me". After the call I had no hope. Afterall I did just call a random number I found on Facebook, something my mum always told me not to do... within the hour Kev text back saying don't worry mate sorted it for you. Kev only went and booked an engineer for Monday. Kev saved the day like the hero he is. Moral of the story be like Kev we love Kev.

Installation Man Great

When the man came to instal the fibre, he was very accommodating when trying to make the cable as unobtrusive as possible on the front of the house. He came up with a great solution and the installation is perfect.

Zoe did a brilliant job!

Zoe did a brilliant job with fixing our internet issues that the original fitter caused. She was respectful to me and my fiancé and the property. Problem was solved within the hour. Very pleased!
