Fast installation and easy set up!
The outside installation guys were lovely, and they worked super fast! The guy who came to do the inside work consistently moaned in audible distance about how our house probably has asbestos (it doesn’t) because we’re mid-renovation, he didn’t raise any of these queries directly with us however, just loudly to the other team, to someone on the phone, and to the other tradesman working on our house at the time, so not impressed with that gentleman in particular, however I can’t fault the ease of set up and how speedy the router came the following day - all in all would 100% recommend! Router has good reach too as our house is 3 floors!

We joined ms3 network using home…
We joined ms3 network using home telecom on the 6 th of January 2026 !
Firstly we was told a engineer would be coming to set up our internet and if we wasn’t available a charge of £150 would be added to our account
So we took the day off work only for no one to turn up I plugged our router in and managed to get it working for about 18 days before it cut off I contacted home telecom and was told they would sort the issue within 24 hours 4 days later still no internet so contacted again to be told it was all fixed on the 5 th day only to try and connect to our WiFi and still no internet day 6 it came back on
On the 9th of February it went off for 24 hours then started working again and now on the 3rd of march it’s gone again this company is the worse company we have ever had internet from I asked to cancel it as i am not receiving the service i signed up for and they are not fulfilling there part of the contract to be told id have to pay the rest of my contract !
Still no internet still getting bills absolute joke
Seems I’ll be contacting offcom of this persists

Nathan was on time very friendly and ificient , l wanted the box moved so the dogs wouldn't knock it, which was no problem to him, my previous supplier refused to do this for me,the only problem lv had is the work affected the TV in my kitchen which is connected to the main aerial which he is coming back today to sort out, thanks great service would highly recommend

Alex the engineer was very prompt and polite. He was very thorough in his fault finding and eventually found the fault and replaced the faulty wire. Just a shame he had to visit so soon after swopping over to MS3.
