I would like to thank Alex and the guys for doing such a fantastic job of sanding and finishing our engineered oak floor. The guys were professional and polite and also help with moving some of the heavy furniture, big thanks for that. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team for any timber flooring works.

We have just had our oak floorboards sanded by Nick. The results are quite staggering! We knew it would make the room look better but didn’t realise quite how transformative it would be!
Nick was friendly, polite and reliable, as well as being very skilled. He kept us informed throughout the process and any mess created was cleared leaving a clean, tidy and beautiful space. Would definitely recommend.

Old pine floorboards transformed!
Really happy with the work Filip did on my old pine floorboards. He knew exactly what he was doing and gave me great advice on the best treatment to bring them back to life. You can tell he’s got loads of experience with older floors — he handled everything with care and confidence.
The difference in the rooms is amazing. The boards look completely transformed, and the whole place feels brighter and fresher. He was friendly, easy to have around, and clearly takes pride in doing a proper job.
Would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about getting their floors done.

Delighted and very impressed
Neighbours had a good experience with Mr Sander and recommended them to us. George discussed options, budget and logistics eg moving furniture and fitting wooden boards where an old Victorian fireplace had unsightly concrete instead of wood. The team were professional, positive and highly conscientious. George paid particular attention to detail and we can recommend them to others unreservedly.

We’re really pleased George took the time to talk through options, budget and the practical logistics, and it’s especially lovely to hear you’re happy with how the area around the old Victorian fireplace was handled — replacing that concrete neatly with timber can make a huge difference to the finished look.
Thank you as well for noticing the team’s positive attitude and conscientious approach. We truly appreciate you recommending us so confidently.

Where do I begin - 11/10!
Where do I begin? From start to finish Arben was exceptional. Our particular job start off small but ended up becoming quite complex. No issue was too small for Arben who was excellent at identifying solutions and then making them happen. I couldn't recommend him or the team more highly.
If you've not decided to give these guys a call - dont hesitate like I did - just call them. No pressure, good prices and fantastic people to boot.

Incredible workmanship!
Ivan did an incredible job on our floors. They were in a terrible state, with peeling floorboards and uneven levels.
His team removed the old floors and used sister joists to level and strengthen the structure. They then added acoustic padding and insulation, topped with engineered herringbone. The result is an excellent quality, beautiful floor that will last for generations.
It was a tricky project, with lots of small problems. Ivan and the team gave us honest, constructive advice. They explained the issues and solutions clearly. And they put in the work to tackle even the tiniest detail with precision and care.
We are really happy with the end result and are sharing the contact with all our friends.

Ella — thank you so much for this. It’s a really special review.
You’re absolutely right that this wasn’t a simple sand-and-finish — taking up the old floor, sistering joists to level and strengthen everything, then building it back properly with acoustic padding, insulation, and engineered herringbone is serious work. We know that kind of project can feel stressful when you keep uncovering little issues, so it means a lot to hear Ivan and the team kept it honest, explained the options clearly, and still cared about the smallest details.
We’re genuinely pleased you’re happy with the result — and thank you for passing our details on to your friends. Ivan will be chuffed to read this.

Sanding engineered wood flooring
Ismael and Vitor from Mr Sander were absolutely fantastic in all aspects. First of all Vitor attended in person to have a look at the job. This was great as I was able to ask him lots of questions and he then provided a no obligation quote. This was very reasonable compared to other quotes and I decided to go with them. Both Ismael and Vitor arrived on the day, on time and got to grips with the job in hand ( 33metres sq of engineered wooden flooring open plan living area and hallway). They were very polite, professional and very competent. I went out during the day and they kept me updated with progress fotos and timescales. When I arrived home I could not believe the transformation. The floor looked amazing. Better than when they were new. I am delighted with the finished outcome. I would absolutely recommend Ismael and Vitor.

Paola — thank you so much for such a detailed and generous review.
It’s really lovely to hear Vitor’s visit beforehand helped you feel confident — being able to ask questions, understand the options, and then receive a fair, no-obligation quote makes a big difference. And for a 33m² open-plan area plus hallway, it’s great to hear Ismael and Vitor were punctual, professional, and kept you updated with photos and clear timescales while you were out.
Coming home to a transformation that looks *better than new* is exactly the moment we aim for — we’re genuinely delighted you’re so happy with the outcome. Thank you again for the recommendation.
