I wish to bring to light a deeply concerning experience I had with Mr Delivery when I ordered from Burger King on Friday, 29th September 2023.
Upon the arrival of my food, I was immediately alarmed to see a car with two individuals inside, both of whom and their vehicle were in a notably messy state. It appeared as though these individuals may have been living out of their car. The state of hygiene was immediately noticeable and quite frankly, unacceptable. There was a distinct and unpleasant odor emanating from the vehicle and the occupants, which left me highly doubtful about the cleanliness of my delivered food. Hygiene, especially when it comes to food handling and delivery, is of utmost importance to me. Due to these concerns, I felt compelled to dispose all of the food I had ordered, as I did not consider it safe for consumption.
I find this level of service, especially the apparent lack of hygiene and professionalism, deeply disrespectful. When ordering food, especially from renowned establishments such as Burger King, one expects a certain standard of cleanliness and professionalism. This incident was in stark contrast to those expectations.
I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously. I look forward to a response from both Burger King and Mr Delivery addressing this matter. For your reference, my order receipt can be found on my app.

I received the wrong order and a full coldrink was spilled all over! Tried calling Mr D and logged a complaint. When calling it cuts offs!
MrD - Terrible Customer Service
I am EXTREMELY upset with MrD's delivery service!!!
Over the past couple of months, I have had nothing but negative experiences with MrD. You expect customers to be content with refunds and vouchers, but your poor service leaves a bitter taste.
I am rather going to order food through Uber Eats from now on!!! I see their delivery fees are much cheaper and one can order from more than one restaurant at once.
Maybe this is a thought MrD can take home.

This company responded to my complaint within 24 hours. Their response indicated that they understood what my issue was and found a way to remedy it. I am happy and thankful to Macael.S for such prompt and efficient service.
Just some advice - write to the company and then come here if there is no joy. If a company values one as a customer, they will reach out.

My sister ordered food for me and he went to the wrong location, I decided to check if my sister did really make a mistake. Turns out she didn't. He called me and even went to the office and whoever was at the office didn't say anything, the driver just kept laughing out of misbelief. Clearly the address wasn't incorrect, even went to an extent of sharing my location but he still didn't make it to De Waal Street in Stellenbosch Central. Idk if there is any other res that has the same name as mine or street that has the same name.
Customer service has gone to zero
Customer service has gone to zero, no quality assurance, no focus on the order time, packaging or anything in between. If you order from them, you either get part of the order delivered, nothing delivered or your whole delivery out of the packaging any lying in the courier bag. Its unfortunate how MrD has declined over the last 12 months, they don't even respond to customer service tickets anymore.
MR D - DONT USE THEM
Placed my order which never arrived. Called a lady who sounded fast asleep and she assured me my order will be delivered.After 1 hour the order gets canceled due to no drivers yet you are a delivery company.
The prices have been increased exorbitantly and top that off with a sh!t service.
Go and look at my account and see how much I used you in the past but never again.

If I could I would give 0 stars my order is 40 min late (already paid for) and there is no way to contact Mr D, the send me a email saying they are investigating my order and if I have questions I should reply to the email. I replied to the email and then I got an automatic reply saying that they no longer respond to the emails.
It's 21:20 and all the shops are closed now me and my family is going to have to go to sleep hungry!

Ordered from KFC savannah mall in polokwane and the Mr D driver called and said he has my order but Mr D cannot deliver to where i was he then switched off his phone with the order marked delivered on the app. Went to KFC i was redirected to Mr D but i couldn’t get help!

We threw it away. You just cannot reheat cold chips.
To add injury to insult the driver was very arrogant and did not accept responsibility. Neither did Mr D delivery. They tried to appease us wirh a R30.00 voucher. Really? What an insult.
