Ordered a Nordlux Table Lamp for a gift after searching online. I emailed Mr Resistor to double check this was in stock & available for immediate despatch. They replied back very quickly to confirm it was. The product arrived next day, well packaged & was exactly as described. A very good experience thank you!

Absolutely shocking, ordered a light from their website over a month ago, which was “available” standard delivery 3-5 days. 7 working days later, the items had not arrived, we had no correspondence from them to apologise for late delivery. once we established contact they told us it could be a few weeks as had to order from their supplier. Moving forward a few weeks and we’ve still not received the items, we were told last week they were in transit via the sea, so we waited 7 more days to find it’s still in transit. Because as we know, ships have to stop on the ocean when it’s a bank holiday 🤪. We’ve now requested refund if not here by Monday!

Looking at the reviews, it seems if you go in store, you have a better chance of getting the items you want!

Advice: Do not order online.

Quick and efficient response to contact from Mr. Resistor’s Technical Support . Then, going to their premises, at 21 Lydden Road Wandsworth, the customer service was outstanding.

Such a waste of time and not so friendly customer service. Guy in the sales desk have no clue about content of the shop. Also unable to give any information how it works.

I ordered some outdoor lighting fixtures. They arrived within a few days. They were well packaged, exactly what I ordered and very easy to assemble.
No problems at all.

This company is brilliant. The delivery is super fast and super friendly and when I needed to return a product (my fault, not theirs) they were so efficient. As their, frankly, delightful delivery chap dropped off my new order, he was happy to just take the other which I thought I was going to have to haul around to the post office. If you need to ask them a question they are so helpful and friendly on the phone. I feel like we don’t have enough companies like this anymore. Fully recommend to anyone.

I have had their remote lighting control for years and the customer service the technical support , they are all good but Russell is an exceptional, he has given all the supports to me from knowledge to products whenever I needed, I am only a customer of Mr Resistor .I must say it is mainly down to the staff of a company to make a company good and successful . I wish we have more Russell in any company.

Just had the terrible experience to deal with their costumer service sales advisor at Wandsworth branch. Called me an idiot while serving.
Company with very rude staff and the most strange return policy.

Purchased 2 dimmers, one still working, one failed , emailed them as it’s still in warranty , guess what. Not a response .

Recommend the Rechargeable portable LED lamp from Mr Resistor. It’s an attractive and unique lamp that looks beautiful when either placed indoors or outside on the patio table. No wires, easy to charge and portable.

I always visit the Fulham branch of this store and ask for Mick, Scott or any of the guys as they are extremely knowledgeable about lighting, wiring and all the products they have in store. They carry brands you know and also a lot of their own products as they invest a lot in product design.

Ordered spotlights and bulbs. All came within 1 to 2 days which was fantastic. Happy with the speed of the delivery and the product. Thank you Mr Resistor!

Ordered two wall lights online 29th November Stated as in stock! Didn’t arrive. When I contacted them they said they would be back in stock mid January, which I accepted. Didn’t arrive despite again being ‘in stock delivered 2-3 days’ on website. Contacted them. No stock. Now end February!
I stated that their website was misleading. They just blamed the supplier. Quite happy to have taken my money in November!
I will not be dealing with them again. They didnt care! Terrible attitude.

I ordered 2 Custom Engraved Lutron Pico remotes from this retailer as they were the only B2C storefront offering the service, however after placing my order as per their instructions in mid-November, then emailing the engraving form over to them I heard nothing except that it was a 7-10 day lead time.

By mid-December I had heard nothing so I contacted the company, only to find that they couldn't find the form that was sent across. The story was then changed to telling me the form was blank, however across multiple devices I could see the form was not blank. I asked the retailer why they didn't get in touch with me in mid-November if they saw the form was 'blank'. The story (and blame) then changed to say that Lutron couldn't see the form and Lutron's apparent email advising them of this was never received.

Surely the retailer would have wondered after 4 weeks on a 1.5 week lead time that the silence, and lack of product, from the manufacturer meant the customer wasn't getting their product.

I've now gone through the process of reclaiming the amount from my credit card company as I have zero confidence in this company being able to deliver, I wish I had looked at the other reviews before ordering.

Fortunately there is a much more responsive online retailer that provides Lutron products who I will now use.

Only place I could find LED chandelier bulbs. They arrived next day. Minor fault and replacements were sent next day without any quibble thanks to Ian, great customer service.

The website of this company contains misinformation regarding its products. In my case this caused me to buy an incorrect backbox for an architrave switch. Both of these items were very expensive and the company was not very helpful when the mistake was pointed out. I will never use this firm again and have purchased the correct backbox elsewhere because the return and replacement process was far to complex and I had no confidence that I would not loose more money.

Excellent service from Technical Dept when I asked them how to install some step lights. Quick to reply to my emails.

Ordered four lights and bulbs for our garden in June and was extremely happy with the delivery, packaging and product. However, when one of the bulbs failed after a short time, the service I received was outstanding with a prompt, friendly response and immediate replacement. So reassuring that there are some great suppliers on-line.

The original LED supplier! Their goods are exceptional quality, but they are expensive. However, if you want quality then use the right kit! Lighting design is also very helpful.

Customer service is not great, you kind of feel its too much trouble to pick the phone up and help. Technical support is the same, you get the feeling you are taking up their time and your rushed off the phone.
