5 stars as usual. Great, reliable company. Recently serviced boiler. Engineer turned up on time, friendly, professional and respected property. Invoiced same day, quick and easy to pay. Always had great customer service. Had boiler fitted two years ago by this company and had no problems at all. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant engineer in a liveried van and a uniform.
We normally use British gas for our boiler service, M & R were recommend by a friend, so I thought I would give a local company a try. Jack one of their engineers arrived in a liveried van and a uniform, very professional first impression.
He appeared to be very thorough with his checks, appeared to carry out more checks than our last inspection with BG. Left the place clean and tidy.
Very happy with the cost.
Would highly recommend :)

Annual Service
Our Boiler had its annual service. The engineer we booked arrived on time. Very pleasant guy got on with the job really happy with mr-group Horwich I would certainly recommend this company as they are so reliable.

Always good service from M & R
Had annual service done, the engineer arrived on time, he explained a couple of queries I had in a courteous manner. Left no mess at all, very pleased with the service.

Excellent work…
Although I did not watch was going on the results were excellent.
The system is now working as it should. The place was left clean.

Boiler Servicing
Liam, the engineer, serviced my boiler which had not been done for a while. He was punctual and did the job efficiently and thoroughly and explained everything I needed to know. Highly recommended.

Great company
Great company couldn't ask for better service.Mick & Shaun did a great job fitting new boiler, removed all rubbish for pickup.Took time to explain everything about thermostat & set times & temperature for coming on.We have never had a thermostat before,so when they left boiler stopped.He came back & explained how to use it again,I'd not realised I'd left fire on in from room we had been using.So thermostat turned boiler off because it was 23degrees.So now I can take to control panel into any room I'm in & boiler will work until temperature reaches it's set degrees.Brilliant service.

M&R heating
M&R heating, fitted my boiler 4yrs ago and provide a complete annual with the upmost efficiency. Would recommend them to anyone, looking for a replacement boiler and servicing.
