Excellent service, great results.
Excellent service - really skilled team and successful result: we needed a problem solved that had dragged on for over 6 months from work carried out by others. It was all sorted out calmly and effectively in just a couple of visits. We're certainly going to use the firm again - we're already asked for another job to be carried out - and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

My boiler service was rescheduled efficiently because of illness, time of the year.
A problem occured where I was charged for a specific inhibitor but a much cheaper one was used, again, it was dealt with efficiently

High quality service all round
These guys were amazing to us, first thing was, as I was getting a qoute and booking in our new boiler, Chantelle on customer service was great and helpful, and got me booked in very quickly. Then when the day to fit the boiler came the 2 engineers Finn and Wes were excellent, very tidy work and efficient, just got on with it, but when it came time to ask them a question about things I wanted to know about, they were more than happy to answer with a helpful attitude too.

michael williams came to fix my boiler…
After speaking to Mike regarding my boiler I was a bit hasty in my review I thought Mike Williams was trying to fob me of but after united utility came to check the water pressure was very low .and I have a problem with pressure inside the property so I oppolgise to Mr Williams and Mr group

As discussed, the boiler we installed 9 months ago is in perfect working order. The pressure loss you’ve experienced is due to leaks within your pre-existing central heating pipework and low incoming mains water pressure, rather than a fault with the new unit itself.
To help you out, we were happy to spend 1.5 hours on-site replacing the filling key and applying a leak sealer to your old system as a goodwill gesture. We provided these materials and our labor at a significantly discounted rate of £30.00 to ensure you were back up and running.
We appreciate your feedback and your mention that you would update this review to reflect the resolution provided. If you have any further questions regarding your home’s water pressure, please don't hesitate to reach out.
