I bought 2 bikes on 28th July and its now the 9th of August I have emailed them 5 times for a date for delivery not once have they replied no telephone number to call i paid £650.00 for them straight away so think a reply to my emails would of been nice so still don't know whats happening so going to telephone my credit card to see what I can do

Easy experience very easy to use

11 days since order, several emails and a voicemail and no confirmation of order shipped. Website advises 14 days from order to receive goods and 24 hours turnaround to respond to email. No update on anything.

Perfect size bike. Came before Christmas, exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend

Ordered the bike on the 30th November. Had a message the same day to my surprise to say it was being dispatched and had a delivery date. A day later I had a message with my parcel reference and a date for the 1st December. Adam messaged me the next day checking in, which is nice to see as you don’t get may companies doing this. I had a follow up message today 25th December checking if my child enjoyed their gift. I’m glad to say my child was nearly in tears when he opened it this morning and this made his Christmas by receiving this as he can now join his friends who all had a REVVI bike for Christmas. I would like to thank Adam and the team at REVVI for all their hard work and communication throughout. I will be recommending and buying again from them.

Long wait as expected with it being so close to Christmas but the updates were constant and reassuring, then once shipped took less than 3 days to arrive after arrival also received a follow up text which was a lovely touch at what I know is a really busy period for anybody in retail thank you again and have a lovely christmas

Amazing there was a long wait but I was reassured and they kept in touch honestly can't be more grateful for the customer service I was given ...went above to help me track where my parcel was after it had been delivered and had been left with a neighbour.. actually not there job that would have been the delivery service anyway long story short it was delivered and I am going to have a very happy boy Christmas

I order the pink quad bike. They said was out of stock got the option of a full refund or another colour. Didn't get any information on when it was going to arrive. When it did arrive it was all scratched and didn't gey the option of sending it back jist gave me £35 refund considering I payed £400 for it. Only then after this review I got a email saying I could send it back after it was built. The company was quick at replying to me about the problem.

After an initial cancellation of order, I was gutted however. Cancelled for the right reason whilst issues with stock was being sorted. From the minute I re ordered I was kept updated. Quick responses to my emails. And updates via text once dispatched was delivered next day. Great service after reading a few negatives reviews I was apprehensive but all went well and I’m going to have one happy boy on Christmas Day on his new Revvi 😊

We ordered a kids quad for my sons Christmas present and we are made up with it.
Adam was so easy to communicate with and helped us find the perfect quad. The delivery was really quick and the quad is AMAZING we are so excited to see his face on Christmas morning!!!

Don’t order from here lol I orderd last year for Xmas still no revvi at my door scammers just sent me a email to get something else in time for Xmas yeah fell for it once not again hope you liked my reply scammers 😂😂😂 oh and didn’t get a refund either 😂😂😂 as for your reply please don’t chat crap to me the bank has no clue off any money going in my bank nor was it a credit card like you say on txt your full of crap be all end all am not hard up for it keep it but don’t spread your lies round me

Highly NOT recommended! I purchased Revvi 16 bundle , and the bike was never delivered! I contacted them by email asking fir any update regarding delivery they replied me back that the cancelled the order because they have delivery issues . The pint is that if I would not send them an email asking for details they would never contact me to let me know that they have issues with the Dleivery company ! After I asked for refund , they assured me that I will get the refund in 2/3 days , I got the refund after 8 days! If you check other comments from august , you will see that a lot of people had similar situation as me.
Don’t wats your time and money with this company!
