It was a good experience experience with them

Shocking company cause more damage to your vehicle while it is in the workshop, don’t do the work that they are getting paid for and cut corners where they can and then get hoopers to come do an inspection who while they are looking at the car agree with what you are saying and how bad the work is and then when you get the report they have totally changed what they said, absolute joke both companies

Very informative and professional. Overall a positive experience.

My van went in for a front and rear repair. Before the accident the van was pristine. rear passenger side crumpled front end bonnet, grill, bumper. Took 2 month to do the job, arranged for them to bring it back. All seemed fine. Until I turned the blowers on. Nothing worked no heat no aircon no fan. After contacting the LEEDS depot They agreed to take it back and gave me a courtesy van. A week and a half later some bloke rang me. Stating as they supposedly hadn't touched the fan/aircon/heater unit it was not down to them. after what amounted to an argument of IT WORKED BEFORE THE ACCIDENT, We haven't touched it bla bla bla . he stating you need to take it to Ford. I said mate just fetch it back. My boss rang em back, They agreed to take it back. Another week or two and another phone call. This time he was on the Phone saying it will take us sometime to get it into Ford, You will be able to get it in under warranty. Bear in mind I'm a mobile fitter and all my kit is in that van and its been over 2 month. I just said bring the thing back and I will sort it. That was just the fan etc. Well its been a month or so and the faults just keep coming. I looked at my passenger rear door, when I was shutting it, it sorta bounced. Looking inside the catch was a mile off There should be I think 3 bolts in each hinge There was 1 in each and they were loose. I tightened them but with still bolts missing. The wire covers are just lying behind my racking, The air filter was just laid on top of the engine. even the ford badge on the grill is missing. I never leave reviews good or bad but this is bad. The only good part of this experience was the receptionist and the guy that delivered the van back to me. The Bloke on the phone was persistent in it being done under warranty as they couldn't find the fault with the blowers was a joke. Just a Note it is a fleet van leased to my company.

Worst garage to date, poor communication and they had lied to my insurance company about a delay, I went elsewhere to have my repairs due to trust issues with them. I have zero trust in liars that think its ok to lie. Furthermore the manager she is as helpful as a chocolate ashtray! Maybe it! is better suited working in mcdonalds.

Further to this as another user said you can never get through, there annoying messaging services, i can confirm they do 99% of the time put calls through to an answering voicemail good luck getting through, your more likely to get through and india call centre quicker.

Excellent experience with these repairers, constantly kept in the loop as to progress, helpful staff and car was picked up and dropped off. There was complications with the insurance side and the team worked to try and resolve for me. Would recommend.

Staff communication is always good and take time to explain the processes and whats happening but wouldn’t hurt to explain before being asked

Good Service and Responsive Communication

The vehicle was returned after a couple of weeks and the repair work was completed to a satisfactory standard. Although there was no direct contact number available initially, once I obtained the email address, the team responded very promptly and professionally.

Overall, my experience was good. The company did well in completing the work properly and keeping communication clear through email. The process was handled efficiently, and I was happy with the final result. The courtesy car provided was quite small, but apart from that, everything else was smooth and well managed.
