Bought Citreon Ami, smooth purchase, was ready for me when I got back from hols.

Zero Customer service, how can this company sell a car that they do not have the diagnostic equipment for? How can they PDI that vehicle, how can they corectly service it? Yet they quite happily sell the "platinum" package.... yet cannot sort vehicle out. It takes them over a year to sort a washer bottle pump. They have the vehicle in for a "Platinum" service yet not one of their "technicians" thinks it strange the undertray is held in place by gaffer tape! Then when the vehicle develops a fault less than a year after purchase, a fault they cant diagnose it is then left to the customer to get it to another garage. DO not buy a vehicle from Motor Mall

Pressured my husband into leaving a 5 star review the day he drove home with the car. A week later and despite numerous attempts to contact them with a couple of queries - no responses. They still haven’t deposited the money for the car they bought in exchange (despite contacting about this too) -after saying it would be in the next business day - absolutely shocking lack of after care. Thinking of charging them loss of interest on the money that are holding. Please also note they paid 7200 for my husbands car and have listed it for resale at 12000 (it’s not worth that) - other places were quoting 7-8k to buy the car and the staff at motor mall acted like this was ridiculous when they were told this.

I recently took delivery of a new Mercedes from the Jacksons division of Motor Mall, through the Motability scheme. Having bought six new cars from other local dealers over the years, I expected the usual level of service ranging from pretty good to downright appalling. This time was different. The Motability expert was outstanding, she not only kept us informed during the lengthy wait for delivery (six months), but ensured that the right adaptions were fitted and that the vehicle was properly prepared for delivery and then gave us a handover that was far superior to any other we have had.
The clear impression was that nothing was too much trouble and that her time was entirely at our disposal. She then followed this up with a phone call after a couple of weeks to make sure we were satisfied with the car.
If anyone is looking for a new car through Motability then I suggest you give these people a try, I think you will be as impressed as I am.

Nice glitzy showroom with reasonable selection of vehicles but the devil is in the detail and it is rather time consuming and difficult to buy anything off them and see through the advertising hype. Given they carry so many makes of car individual marque knowledge is pretty limited. Staff pleasant enough but no one person seems to be able to make a decision for themselves, some good guy bad guy stuff with the salesmen on the shop floor giving the patter that he is on your side against the "bad" guy manager in terms of discounts and benefits. Car was delivered minus some agreed add-ons which were promised for a couple of days later, however several weeks on still have not materialised with the showroom and parts department blaming each other and apart from that a total lack of interest compounded by the fact that they hadn't even been ordered. Bought cars from car malls in the UK previously where customer service is everything, at the moment Motor Mall fall short in my opinion.
