Motormall sold me a car with faults claiming recent service and in good condition. On the way home from dealership Engine light turned and next morning noticed oil leake in my car bay . Got an independent check from my mechanic and was quoted 3k

Took multiple attempts to get a response and claimed they weren't responsible after payment as we didn’t purchase their warranty, also worth noting they wouldn’t let me test drive the car before purchase. Their best advice was suggesting we could trade in for something else if we’re not happy or pay them for servicing which needed to be done prior to sale. Wouldn’t have went here had I read the similar reviews before

Car booked in for cosmetic paint repair.
Phoned to confirm day before, easy to drop car off with Jo, met painter John to assess work by directly looking at car. Friendly helpful people. John did work as promised, car ready by lunchtime. Easy collection. No charge for loan car or mileage. Excellent.

This company’s customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I’ve been without a working car for nearly four weeks now, and despite escalating the issue to management, I have been completely ignored and fobbed off with no action. Emails, calls, escalations—none of it has made any difference. No resolution, no update, no basic courtesy.

It is inexcusable for a business to treat paying customers this way. Management has shown zero accountability or willingness to help. Frankly, this is a shambolic operation from start to finish. Do not waste your time or money here—you will regret it.

Whilst the sales team are very good buyer beware as service support for your new vehicle is currently woefully lacking. Three month old brand new car still waiting to be looked at and it has been with them for four weeks

Where do I start ? Bought our vehicle, cash , also bought a three year extended warranty. Had the vehicle serviced then noticed the heater blower only worked on full power , contacted them to get it sorted, got booked in in two weeks, they cancelled last minute, gave us a new date, then told us they had to order the part, booked in again, two weeks later they phoned to say they hadn't ordered the part as we had only taken out a one year warranty, I quoted them policy number then they admitted their " oversight" due in tomorrow ( again) for repair only to be told the part still hasn't arrived. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I will never deal with them again. I have taken my business elsewhere

Poor service. We purchased an extended warranty for a car and after the heater broke tried to get it fixed under warranty. We are still waiting three months later, they keep cancelling the day before. Do not get a warranty, they will not honour it!

From the moment we stepped into the showroom we were welcomed and looked after by Karl Green. He made us feel at ease. This is our 3rd Dacia and we highly recommend the vehicle. Very reliable, economical and a good looking vehicle. Karl Green is very professional but also friendly and caring. Explaining everything to us. Highly recommend

Took my car to motor mall it had an inspection and the cost of repairs was £863, thought that was bit much so took it to another garage won quoted me £310,bit of a differecence!

Steph Lenon made a bad experience, great literally in a day! Although this was not her department, she made it a good experience in the end! She stayed with me and certainly calmed me down. Great sales person. Would highly recommend her at Motor mall.

Massive shout out to Karl Green for taking my Motor Mall IOM experience to the next level. Over a 2-week period we went from several hours of initial hard-core car research and test driving to decision-making, UK importing and ultimately trading in my Skoda Octavia estate for a cracking 2022 Peugeot 5008. Drove it away yesterday!

What made this such an easy, enjoyable and hassle-free experience was Karl. He was patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and just an all-round cracking bloke. You sir are a legend and the reason I'll be making you my first stop for any future car purchases!

Purchased a Mercedes from Jacksons about two years ago still waiting for them to do a repair on my car. Got in touch with Mercedes UK several times about the problem still nothing i then rang Mercedes UK about the problem they said they would get in touch with Jacksons next day got a phone call from the aftersales manager who said he would look in to it and said he would get back to me waited a week and nothing, tried ringing wouldn't return my calls tried e-mailing nothing. If it is going to cost them money they are just not interested. Worst garage i have ever done business with.

Excellent customer service last week at MotorMall by John, so friendly and we had a really good laugh! I would definitely recommend. I went in today to collect my new vehicle, John had to leave due to personal reasons so David took over. Great customer service, a really good laugh with a very positive attitude! Super chuffed with the staff! 👏
