I collected my BMW 330e M Sport today after having the front bumper repaired and painted, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The paintwork is perfect, and the colour match is spot on! My BMW looks fantastic, and I’m really happy with the quality of the repair.

The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Whenever I called, they responded promptly and provided helpful support. Their communication and professionalism made everything smooth and stress-free.

A big thank you to the entire Motofix team for doing such a fantastic job on my BMW’s front bumper. I highly recommend Motofix to anyone looking for high-quality bodywork repairs, perfect paint matching, and excellent customer service.

I took my Subaru to Motofix in Oxford to repair a severe scratch on two doors resulting from my too close encounter with an invisible wall. I accepted their fair quote, they took the car in 2 weeks later and I have just brought it back. Not only did they repair the scratch perfectly, but buffed out some more recent scratches (not walls!) that they found, at no extra charge. It’s been expertly cleaned inside and out too and looks like new. I’m absolutely delighted with the service I’ve had and recommend them most highly.

I feel incredibly fortunate that my car was repaired by Motofix Oxford. After the initial shock of my Tesla Model X being hit in the middle of the night by a hit-and-run driver, Motofix’s 5-star service kicked into gear immediately. Although there were lengthy parts delays from Tesla, this was entirely out of Motofix’s control, and they handled the situation with total transparency and care.
I can honestly say that Manager Matt and his team went beyond any level of service I have ever experienced from any car organisation, without exception. Matt took so much trouble to assist me—he even organized a suitable hire car, which genuinely saved our major family holiday.
From the office staff to the workshop technicians, the entire team delivered the highest standard of workmanship, communication, and courtesy. Turning the shock and stress of severe vehicle damage into a completely seamless experience is a testament to their dedication. If you are looking for a top-quality, customer-focused repair centre, there is simply none better than Motofix Oxford.

To start with everyone was very accommodating in as much as my wife needed the vehicle to ferry the hounds to and fro to vets. All the staff couldn't do enough to assist and we were kept up to date with the repairs and completion date. The repair was absolutely spot on, a lovely clean car, wait until the dogs get back in! From start to finish was extremely well looked after from the lovely lady on reception to then have the professional help from Jason to help fix the damage to my car.

I would definitely recommend and definitely go back, but in a nice way hope I don’t have to if you know what I mean.

Excellent service once again from Motofix Cowley Oxford. Firstly, it's lovely to speak to the receptionist, Janet, arranged my appointment quickly and a convenient collection time. My vehicle was collected by team member Paul, I really appreciated the excellent communication from Andy during my repair. Paul delivered my car back and it was repaired perfectly, very pleased and will definitely recommend this repair centre to friends and family. Thank you to you all.

Was done through the insurance but this company fixed my car to the highest standard , I am a disabled driver and they sent a worker to collect my car from Taunton to there base in Yeovil and kept me informed through the whole process , only have good things to say about this company want would recommend to anyone

Really well communicated throughout the repair and return of the car

I had my car repaired at their Oxford branch through my insurance after it was vandalised. The rear window was shattered with a brick that damaged also the spoiler and part of the back. They did a very good job: perfect repair and seamlessly blended repainting. Couldn't fault them at all. It did admittedly take a little longer than I expected but I know these days spare parts can take some time to be delivered. I was given a very good and brand new courtesy car in the meantime anyway, so the wait was no issue. Very good experience overall.

Our experience has been excellent: the staff are all professional and friendly, as well as efficient. Everything went smoothly, the repair was completed to schedule and we are happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately motofix are my my insurance company’s preference repairer. The bodywork repair was very good but they caused other damage to my vehicle. When questioned their attitude was “well you can’t prove it “. Being a honest guy I was quite shocked by this attitude. I would recommend not using this company.

Motofix Cirencester - appalling customer service. Did not collect the vehicle as agreed. Failed to get approval for the full repair from the insurance company which added 10 day delay. Promised to prioritise repair due to their failings but did not. Will have taken them 4 weeks for a relatively straightforward repair. Communication shambolic. Failed to call back or do not pick up the phone most times. Manager finally returned a call was aggressive and dismissive. Have complained to my insurers
