It took 7 days to book my car in after I was told it would take 4, I had email confirmation of the date and then two days later I had another email with a changed booking date, no verbal confirmation. Booked into a non specialist garage. One fault was found, an electrical fault. I was told this part wasn't covered even though I have gold cover where electric are covered. So now the car is stuck in a non specialist garage not of my choice, not working and with no second opinion.

This issue has now been resolved so I have upgraded the rating to 3 stars.

Very quick and efficient. Only slight issue is you can't get hold of anyone on a Sunday.

Turned out to be useless in the end, a complete waste of money, parts that were apparently covered under warranty weren't..so a car bought and after 3 months un-useable, with a £5k repair bill I cant afford.

To be specific, the mechatronic began to fail. Then, the small washer connecting the driveshafts bolts went through the gearbox casing...so I'm left with a goosed auto with a hole in the gearbox.

The clutch was changed not long before I bought it, and they kept having me ring that company, but they aren't anything to do with me!!!

I have all the paperwork from the warranty and from the sale of the car, and the garages diagnosis. A friend who is a solicitor has been through everything and agrees they didn't cover the items as promised, so I will go down this route now. Shocking.

Motor angel - waste of money, typical warranty company that at the sniff of an expensive claim, they teflon shoulder to the next person and run a mile.

From my experience of dealing with many call centres - MOT Angel / Motor Easy have by far the best trained, capable and positive people I have spoken with. They understood my problem, acted upon it quickly, no fuss or constant telephone calls, got the fault on my car fixed within two days. really exceptional levels of service.

Professional service, well organised, quick and hussle free. Adam from customer service I was dealing with over the phone was very friendly and helpful, patient enough to explain full process of repair to me (woman knowing nothing about cars). In general positive feeling with the service and with the company.
