Mortgage Wise Anmeldelser

Very good communication, very helpful explaining the products

Jack was absolutely brilliant from our very first conversation. He knew exactly what mortgage provider would be in a position to help me, got an AIP the same day and followed through constantly providing feedback along the way. I had been to 3 other brokers who came back saying there was nothing on the market for me and 1 who never followed up. My case was complex but you put in the hard work and I now have my offer and headed to completion. I cannot recommend this company (and Jack) enough! Thank you for an amazing result!

Total financial package review. Hassle free and stress free experience much better than with banks. Highly recommended Jack is the right person, amazing and brilliant. I’m fully satisfied with the service ! Thank you mortgage-wise!

The service at mortgage wise has been 2nd to non perfect every step of the way and it’s very rare I can say that. Thank you so much for all your help.

From the moment I stumbled over Mortgage Wise I have been utterly impressed. Having been through the mill of rejection, ranging from too old to too young, lending criteria changing due to Covid 19 to being told to sell my house was my only option. Finding Mortgage Wise was amazing since talking initially with Martin then being passed on for the most part to Sean and Sheila I have been able to breath again and know my future was in safe hands. Sean and Sheila have kept us informed throughout and not once did I feel that this was going to be anything other than a good outcome. I would highly recommend Mortgage Wise as a solution to your financial worries and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you so much. David and Rae G.

I usually do my own financial work, but due to both time constraints, and in particular, the uncertain financial climate, I decided to go via a broker. It was a very easy and relatively stress-free process, both Neil and Sheila, and everyone at Mortgage-Wise were efficient and kept in touch with regular updates, and yes I'd use them again. JH

The service provided was quick and the mortgage advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly found a mortgage suited to our needs and protection too. Nothing was to much trouble and he was always contactable to answer any queries. I would definatley reccomend this service to family and friends In the future.

Fantastic, really helpful. Neil was able to find the most suitable product and Sheila was was happy to answer any questions.

Thank you!

The guys at Mortgagewise we’re brilliant. They listened to what I wanted and searched for the best deal- coming back and explaining everything. This is the easiest remortgage I have ever done. Certainly recommend them.

Excellent service provided by Neil from first contact to discuss my mortgage requirements to the completion date. Good, regular communication and proactive in dealing with mortgage provider. Would recommend.

Great service best advice you can get. Syed Ali is my miracle man always delivering the impossible.

Neil from mortgage wise was so easy to talk to and really helped to make everything easy to understand! Never was worried or confused about anything and it all came together really well!

The team at Mortgage Wise have helped me secure a remortgage in very difficult circumstances. They were always contactable and working on my behalf through legal and family disputes. During COVID 19 pandemic they kept up the work and communication throughout. It has been an extremely positive experience. I have managed to get exactly what I needed and secure my property because of Mortgage Wise’s guidance. Their expert knowledge of the market and ability to work with my situation meant I had options when there wasn’t any from high street lenders . I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish everything went perfectly. I dealt with Neil who visited me 3 times (prior to lockdown). He gave me his recommendations and let me make informed decisions. I know you can get free mortgages on line, but to be honest this was a much better and easier experience than I have had before and worth the money for the personal service. The back up service from the office is also spot on. Good email and phone contact.

Would thoroughly recommend.
My adviser Gurbhinder Sanghera, was extremely knowledgable, efficient and above all patient.
He returned calls promptly, contacted me when he said he would and was totally professional throughout the process.
An all round pleasure to deal with this company.

Amazing and profesional service from start to finish. Sean and Sheila made the process so much easier. Great team and will definitely be recommending xxx
