I can’t recommend Kinetic Estate Agents highly enough. After spending 6 months with other estate agents with very little progress, Kinetic managed to sell my house in just one month.

From the very beginning to the completion of the sale, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Communication was excellent, and I always felt that the team genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.

A special thank you to Jo the Sales Manager, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept on top of everything, kept me updated, and made sure nothing was overlooked.Her hard work and professionalism made a stressful process so much easier.

Once the sale and purchase were agreed I had fantastic service from Jo, who dealt with everything so efficiently whilst being so understanding and patient with some issues I was having myself. The team at Kinetic were fantastic when helping us with the purchase of our first house! They're incredibly helpful, responsive, and always the first to chase our solicitors for updates, making the entire process seamless. In particular, thank you to Louis for helping putting in our offer, Tim for showing us around the house (thrice), Jo for being fantastic throughout the entire process, and Charley for being lovely over the phone. Cannot praise the staff and Jo in particular enough. At the beginning we had a few issues concerning accuracy of property details on the internet including the floor plan and footage. However these were corrected promptly.
The service provided to negotiate the selling price and to progress and complete the sale was superb.

We switched to Kinetic after being a bit underwhelmed by our previous agent. What a difference. They do the basics really well, i.e., answer calls, respond to emails etc. and all very quickly. That sounds obvious but so many professionals don't and constantly need chasing. The team are really friendly and helpful too.
What really sets Kinetic apart though is that they're highly proactive and usually one step ahead. They certainly live up to their 'the energy behind moving' ethos.

A fabulous company! Extremely helpful and great at kerping us fully informed about what was happening. We are currently buying a property in Lincoln which has been on the books of Kinetic. It was a complicated sale due to the fact that we had previously viewed when the property was being dealt with by another agent. Kinetic, in spite of potentially 'losing out' on the sale were most helpful in liasing with the other agent and helping us to arrange viewings. Everyone we spoke to was kind, helpful and reassuring. We can not recommend Kinetic highly enough. We had been with another local estate agent for 10 mths with no movement at all, then after a recommendation we switched Aug 25 & sold in 5 months completing 20 Mar 26. We loved the different style & approach they have adopted, we have spoken to many members of the team all of whom listen are very friendly, communicate effectively & efficiently aswell as being very professional & give the necessary advice dependant on your circumstances. I am very pleased to let them know having flown back to the UK today that they have helped us on our journey to achieve our ultimate dream of retiring to Spain as we are moving over there permanently to live once we get our Visas & very pleased to say we have now bought a wonderful spacious 3 bed detached bungalow on 26 Mar 26 in the sunshine, only 6 days after our completion "Get In", we cant thank you all enough.
