Today I was greeted by Chris on the phone.I had explained about my difficulty paying the debt I had let get so far and what I could do to about it. I had stressed out so much about this phone call but Chris helped it feel like an absolute breath of fresh air from start to finish. I now have a further 60 days and so much less stress. Thank you for the help it is greatly appreciated.

Called them to inform them that my partner passed away in Feb, as they kept chasing. The agent couldn't have been any less empathetic on the phone. Sorted my query but a bit of personality or a thank you wouldn't have gone a miss, considering it's not my debt or problem to have to sort in the first place!

I spoke with an agent called Luke who was very helpful and polite 5* thank you Luke 😊

I received a letter today and had questions I needed answering. I spoke to Mario on the phone this morning and he explained and helped me understand what I needed to know. Mario was extremely polite and helpful and I felt no pressure to set up a payment that was not affordable for me. He listened to what I could afford and helped me set up a reasonable payment plan. Thank you again.
