Très déçue par les abonnements que l’on peut proposer aux élèves avec prélèvement automatique. Sur le papier, c’est une excellente idée mais dans les faits je n’ai eu que des problèmes avec cette fonctionnalité depuis que je l’ai mise en place en Septembre. Les paiements ne fonctionnent pas, les renouvellement censés être “automatiques” échouent…

Impossible d’avoir le SAV au téléphone. À mes multiples demandes, la seule réponse que j’obtiens est que mes clients ne savent pas valider la 3D Secure ! Comme s’ils ne savaient pas faire d’achats sur internet. Un élève l’a fait sous mes yeux, l’appli de sa banque a validé le paiement et… échec de nouveau.

Je faisais confiance à Momoyoga jusqu’à présent mais après des mois à leur courir après pour rien, j’ai dû supprimer les abonnements de mes tarifs. J’ai perdu beaucoup de temps et de la crédibilité vis-à-vis de mes élèves. Bref vous l’aurez compris, je ne suis pas ravie 😅.

Momoyoga is good. The main problem is delay in responding to questions/problems. I compare this with a booking system we use for our travel business (small UK company - Anytime Booking)where the response time to their customers is never more than a couple of hours. I find this really frustrating.
The staff are great I just wish there were more of them and they could respond faster. The set up for the system is good and I hope a few issues will be resolved when upgrading happens soon. There is a rigidity to it, no 2 for 1, gift tokens are a bit messy, it would be good if they accepted Class Pass and if there was a way to fine ‘members’ for no shows.
Otherwise it is good and I look forward to the new system being in place.

Happy with my Momoyoga experience. The app makes it handy to check in with live stats to track students and classes. Registration made easy also allowing for last minute changes. The students have more control which costs me less in admin time spent!

Momo Yoga is echt een geweldig boekingssysteem voor yogascholen! Het neemt ons veel werk uit handen en is heel klantvriendelijk, zowel voor de docenten, als de leerlingen! Verder hebben ze een hele goede en persoonlijke helpdesk. Ze zijn altijd heel behulpzaam, helpen bij problemen, luisteren naar suggesties en blijven het systeem door ontwikkelen.

Dus maw ik ben een zeer tevreden klant!

momoyoga is an excellent platform for yoga teachers, studios, and communities. My studio switched from Mindbody to Momoyoga in 2020 and we have no plans to go back. We average 3-4 classes per day, 8-10 teachers, and 300-500 clients/week. The platform provides all of the necessary information without the added "fluff' that some platforms charge much higher rates for. The number one thing I love about momoyoga is their customer service team. If we ever have an issue, question, or recommendation it goes directly to a real person who responds quickly and honestly...the human interaction really goes a long way and the whole team truly cares about the work they do! The integrity behind this company is top notch and something that is (ironically) missing from a lot of wellness tech platforms! Thank you momoyoga!

Perfect navigation for the client when it comes to booking and paying for yoga classes in your studio.
Automated emails are always delivered on time.
I highly recommend if used for online lessons, the client will receive information by email on time.

Momoyoga is een erg gebruiksvriendelijke tool! Het bespaard mij een hoop tijd helpt de yogi beter beslissen welke les te boeken, annuleren, wijzigen, etc. Super handig en gebruiksvriendelijk systeem voor zowel mij als yoga docent als voor de deelnemers.
Ook de service vanuit de back-office is top! Ze nemen de tijd om je vragen te beantwoorden en eventuele problemen zo goed mogelijk op te lossen!

I loved momoyoga software since the beginning. It’s simple, intuitive and it now has all the essentials a Yoga professional needs to manage classes bookings, community and events!

Momoyoga is so easy to set up. Very intuitive. What’s more it’s easy four my students to use: buy passes; book classes; cancel and the waiting list feature really works. I’ve been a member for four years and the team are always improving the studio features. So simple to use and allows you time to focus on your classes not the admin

I have been using momoyoga for a few months now and absolutely love it. Firstly I love that this is a small company run by women founders who are super helpful and personable. I love that the platform is super easy to use in terms of upload, setting up pricing structure, payments and class schedule and at such an affordable price. I also recommend this to teachers I coach and mentor as its so easy to set up a membership or subscription so is an amazing entry point for new yoga teachers who want to set up online or in person classes, memberships and subscriptions.

I have been using Momoyoga since 2017, I love it. it's so easy to set up and update and it's really easy for the customers to book in. I love that it has a separate page for events and you can upload videos and sell them too.

The team at Momo Yoga are extremely helpful and understanding! There's been multiple times I've needed support in regard to finding my feet with the tech and the team are always there to help, replying to my emails very quickly.

The people who come to our classes at Teapot Yoga and us as teachers have experienced some teething problems just because it's a new system. We all very quickly feel settled in our new home at Momo and look forward to continue to build our online studio with the Momo team's support!

Momoyoga is simple to use for both me and my students. After trying out several booking systems that are all way too expensive for a single yogateacher or a small studio I finally found Momoyoga. It has everything I need. Easy booking, easy to add on my website, the price is reasonable, You only pay more if you have more teachers. Sure there are still a few things on my wishlist but they always develop the app and are very helpful and there are regular updates. So if you miss something they will make sure to put it in the pipeline. Thank you Momoyoga!!

It is not possible to communicate via phone after the first. onboarding. Even if you have problems you HAVE to write them down. We will quit because what if you have further problems in the future....you can't call them and they NOT call you. Unfortunately.
