Bunch of cowboys. I bought a Blu-ray box set from momox via Amazon UK. A few of the discs turned out to be defective. Momox agreed to a return and instructed me to send the item back at the lowest possible cost without insurance. They agreed to refund the cost of the item plus shipping.

A week after I sent the item, I contacted momox to ask if they'd received it. They said they hadn't. I contacted them a few days later and they said the refund wouldn't be processed until they'd sent it back to their warehouse in Germany! Unacceptable. Why should I have to wait for them to sent it to another country? They then agreed to process my refund earlier than usual as a gesture of goodwill! Such generosity.

That was two weeks ago now. In my last communication with them(about ten days ago), they insisted that my refund had been issued (it hasn't to this day) and that I should take it up with Amazon if I haven't received it! They've essentially washed their hands of me and fobbed me off to Amazon.

I've checked my bank balance and I've double checked with Amazon. Momox have never issued a refund of my money. Unfortunately Amazon a-z claims take up to two weeks and I only made the claim last week, so I'm potentially waiting around for another week.

I cannot advise anyone strongly enough, DO NOT BUY FROM MOMOX! They might be cheap, but if your item turns out to be defective, they'll just keep your money and cease communication.

This review is actually a zero. I ordered a dvd through them on Amazon back in July. After 2 months, I contacted them to find out what the status was and they told me to give it another 3 weeks(!) Contacted them again and they responded saying "unfortunately we don't understand your request." It was quite simple: send the dvd I never got, or issue a refund. They respond again saying I need to fill out their attachment called a "legally binding declaration." Long past annoyed & fed up with their runaround, I pulled up their name on consumer review sights and it was just an overwhelming avalanche of negative experiences from ripped-off buyers. Why eBay and Amazon continue to use these thieves is mindboggling. Scumbag scam artists galore! If you see the name Momox, AVOID these liars like the plague and save yourself the headache and BS!

Absolutely awful company. Purchased a CD from them using EBay. They sent the wrong CD and didn’t respond (coherently) to my messages, so EBay issued me with a refund. Stupidly, I then tried to buy the CD again from their Amazon store, and AGAIN they sent me the wrong CD. I returned the CD to them and several weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. AVOID!

Would give zero stars if possible. Bought a CD from this crowd through Amazon. A month later I’m still waiting. Contacted them 3 times just to be told ‘wait a few more days’ each time. Scam artists. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

Extremely bad customer service, they don't listen to their customers and they probably don't care.

They sent wrong CDs boxset. I returned the next day several weeks ago. Still can't refund. I certainly won't or recommend them to buy from.

ordered cd for them after two weeks still haven't recd. they say its traceable . the tracking number is not working . useless company

Not very impressed. Bought a second hand game from them for my pc, only to find the product key to activate was already in use, and the game was completely useless. Had to purchase another key, to actually play the game!
Shame this wasn’t mentioned when I purchased it. Waste of time of money!

Awful. Avoid. Took payment, no book. asked them where book was and said don't understand request!!

I ordered a Blu-Ray from this company. Not only has it never turned up but it was never dispatched according to there own delivery service. They kept says to wait 20 days even after I had waited 40 days.. still have not returned my money. This company are con-merchants, avoid

Terrible - buy elsewhere (eg. Music Magpie). A CD advertised on eBay for £5, as soon as I emailed them a question about it, they revised the price up to more than £23. Money-grabbing opportunists they are. They use your question highlighting the item, against you, jacking up the price 4 or 5-fold. An the item is just in 'Acceptable' condition, not even collectable nor rare. I found the music on the web instead and didn't buy.

They ban my login account after all my items not arrive & begin to report. Please use tracking Momox. I rather pay more for tracking.

CD arrived damaged, 3 weeks later and I still haven't had a refund despite numerous emails sent and recieved (with standard answers?) one of which offering me a refund. (2 weeks ago)

Let us be honest, we all have a friend or relative that we love and care for even though we know that they are far from perfect and that there is room for improvement.
That is how I feel about Momox UK, I am happy that they exist and I have purchased some really good media from them, they have ALWAYS corrected any problems and I continue to purchase from them often.
When I mentioned problems, which do occur rather more frequently than I would like, these include damaged and misgraded items, packages not received and today a envelope containing an empty box! It is not the best feeling in the world when you open a empty box (it needed to be said again) and your heart sinks.
But I will close my review on a more positive note and I will give them four stars. My music and movie collection is now better because of items that I did receive and I thank you auntie Momox but please get some therapy.

Bought a book from them on amazon, due 5th march, its now 17th march and still no sign of it. Amazon says I am eligible for refund but momox say books that I have to wait until 25th march before contacting them again.

I have bought several cds from momox and had mostly a very good service from them Only one item didn't turn up but got a refund from them in response, Only issue I have with them is the delivery can be 3 days or so late but I dont see that as an issue

Ordered a book from them, three months later the wrong book arrived. I then contacted their customer service and didn't get a response for two weeks. They then agreed to refund me once I returned the book however that was three weeks ago and I have yet to get a refund (or my original book) despite the return having arrived.

Terrible customer service. Ordered good condition book and covers were detached. No partial refund of replacement item because condition was good and not very good.

Pre-Brexit great website to sell books to - paid less than average but accepted way more (hope will resume this service). Otherwise buying items from them have also been very successful - fast delivery (compared with sending stuff to Germany from UK), always lowest price, quality good and finally excellent customer service (always happy to offer refunds in event of issues). Highly recommend.
