I ordered a used PS3 game and received the Wii version. Other sellers on Amazon are usually super apologetic and refund or replace immediately These guys sent detailed instructions where I had to return the item. You send it to a UK address, and they then proceed to say they haven't yet gotten in Germany for ages, when they definitely must have done. I had to go through the Amazon A-Z claim system and they wouldn't respond to Amazon either, just re-sending old responses they'd sent before (once even re-giving the return directions when I clearly have proof that the game was signed for at their UK address). AVOID!

Ordered 2 dvds from them and I didn't get the items that I ordered. Don't buy from momox you won't get your order

I buy CDs and DVDs from Momox via Amazon and although very cheap they often do not turn up.
If they do arrive it is a miracle because the address often fails to put my correct address!
When I contacy Momox I get an email wishing me a nice day but nothing else. Dint waste your time or money.

I ordered a French novel from France and had an email on 24 June saying that it left the carrier facility but has vanished without trace.

ZERO stars! Ordered item not delivered, told to wait, still item did not arrive. Requested a refund told to fill out a 'legal declaration' ? For less than £3! My experience exactly the same as many others. Momox are con artists and scammers. AVOID!! Not even a UK company as suggested by thier name. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Placed order through amazon with momox.co.uk who are in germany not the uk. Ps4 game took a week to arrive was all in german no mention of this when purchasing, the game was suppose to be new but the case looked second hand, I opened the game case to find no game inside so contacted them by amazon and email waited over a week only to be told they couldnt find disc and would be refunded Still No Refund From These Scammers and No Game avoid these at all cost they rob you blind

What a bunch of scammers. Don’t buy from this company. If you check on their Momox U.K. site it says they are currently not operating due to Brexit.

Same story, promises of delivery, no book. I finally complained to Amazon, got a refund and then subsequently got a message from Momox saying they tried to deliver the item but may have had the incorrect address!

Not a company I would recommend to anyone!!

This is not a UK company.
I ordered a CD from them through Amazon. Never arrived. I keep requesting a refund, just get the same default answer. Keep waiting. Product is from Germany not UK. Which I didn't realise when ordered.
Tracking at first stage then nothing.
So i would advise. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I went through Amazon sellers for an item and this Momox co uk popped up, selling it very cheaply. I should of checked trustpilot.
Of course the item has not turned up as you can gather.

Having the name co uk, I naturally assumed the company was based in the UK. But it is in Germany. Now I have ordered stuff from Germany with no problem, but those companies clearly stated where they were selling from. Why is Momox pretending to sell from UK?
This company stinks, I now have to fight for a refund
I wish I could give this -10 stars as they are a useless service.

UPDATE: I have now recieved anautomated email to say the item is running late and to wait a further three days.

Update: Had a message today, saying that it can take up to 20 days!!! This company is a joke.

UPDATE AGAIN:
I have now recieved another message blaming my address!!!! and saying that now I have to wait until the 5th July. This company are rip offs.

UPDATE AGAIN: I have had an email from Momox co uk saying that the parcel was not delivered that my address was incorrect. HOW!!!! I went through Amazon to buy it. That I now could claim a refund.

Ordered a cd from momox Germany through amazon.ca .Never arrive, contacted with 2 email through amazon.ca, not giving any shipment tracking upon request only ask me to wait. Finally said due to shipment problem that the parcel was sent back to them however couldn't be resent for some technical reason. Not reliable and I am very disappointed. The reason I believe is quite obvious, just like other reviewer comment the item is underpriced. Be considerate please and don't let the customer down. Not worth a star. I also had another cd ordered after this one which I think is an appropriate priced one that arrived in time with Deutsche Post.

Ordered a CD set from Momox. As the estimated arrival date aproached it was clear that the item had not been dispatched. When the date passed, I contacted them, to be told that the item could not be delivered for 'technical reasons'. This was two weeks after I ordered. The truth is that the item was most likely underpriced and when they realised this, they refused to sell it so made an excuse to get out of the sale. Truly horrible company. Avoid.

This company's delivery service is appalling. I placed an order for a CD on 24.5.2021 via Amazon. I received an email saying it was going to be delivered on 4.6.2021. It never materialised. I was then informed it would be delivered by 9.6.2021, which had come and gone. I have sent 3 messages to the seller/company, only to receive the same lame automated response, asking me to wait longer. How long am I supposed to wait for an order I placed in good faith? I had to choose 1 star rating, because the system does not allow you to progress to write a review otherwise, but it doesn't even deserve that. I will not purchase again from this awful company. It doesn't value custom, as demonstrated by their lame automated response. My advice: stay clear of this company!

Ordering online was straightforward and the book was at a great price.
However, the delivery took a very long time, almost 4 weeks to travel from Germany to the UK by second class parcel post.
You do need to factor in the delivery time if ordering something as a gift or present.

I ordered a book on the 16 May, they took my money and the book has still not arrived! I keep asking for a refund and they just reply, it may arrive. This company should not be on Amazon, do not buy from them!!

I've ordered my book. I got my book. Book in condition as expected. All good.

I ordered a book that was supposed to be delivered via DHL. The book never arrived and was declared lost after a 4 week delay. I was told refund would arrive within days. Almost two weeks have passed and still waiting for it to materialize.

After having read these reviews I instantly regretted my order and initially gave up on the book ever arriving.
Much to my surprise the book came (4 days late due to covid measurements) and it was in perfect condition.
At an extremely low price of 5€ the book arrived safely and in a great state.
Unlike Amazon, momox allows for a much more sustainable and cheaper method of ordering one’s beloved books.

Ordered a CD on 24th April ( money taken from my account instantly), told that it would arrive on 7th May, today is 17th May 2021 and still not here!? To paraphrase a famous film quote, 'be wary, be very wary' DO NOT BUY FROM MOMOX.

Fraudlent ad?
Momox seems to have a habit of posting ebay ads giving incomplete informationn for CDs it hints are rare and desirable classical items at very reasonable prices. I have now been caughte twice by this - the acknowledged item doesn't arrive, but junk does, and in this case its the SAME junk CD produced by CNT productions of Leeds. Once is carelessness. Twice looks like deliberate fraud.

Do not buy anything from these con artist they are complete scammers. Paid Forty euro for what was supposed to be a vinyl LP and instead was delivered a CD in a broken case probably worth a couple of euro. This is a complete scam I am awaiting my refund. AVOID THESE JOKERS
