Great service my car was hit off another driver with. 2days was sorted unfortunately my car was wrote off but had funds within the 2 days no issues at all, everything was straight forward

they do not have customer service through the phone and that's been a week since their website just stopped working when I try to log in. With that, I urgently need to change vehicle and they don't help me, I called and emailed them several times and nothing.

I've been left hanging
Setting the policy up initially was actually very easy and straightforward, which is why this experience has been so disappointing.
I do understand this is an online-only insurer and that some vehicle changes may require additional validation checks. However, my vehicle change was submitted on Tuesday afternoon last week (12/05/2026) and I am still waiting days later with no clear update or realistic timeframe.
The most frustrating part is that I am continuing to pay for a policy that I have effectively been unable to use while the change remains pending. The original email advised I would hear back within 24 working hours, but after multiple follow-ups I’ve only received generic responses saying the “relevant team” is looking into it.
I appreciate online insurers work differently, but if customers are paying for a service that is legally required to drive, there needs to be a more reasonable timeframe and a better level of communication when something gets delayed.
