We needed an ultralight mobility scooter that would fit in a mercedes slk with the roof down which halves boot capacity, I picked and paid for one with mobility machines and within 10 minute's they contacted me about a superior scooter with better specifications, they talked me through the cancellation reorder process and even though they were on holiday they kept in touch till the shop reopened, more importantly they didn't take a penny until the scooter was dispatched, scooter was as described delivered on time and we are very happy, this company deserve the highest accolade possible,truly caring and honest with very fair pricing,thank you so much.

I messaged via ebay with a query about buying a mobility scooter at 7.50 pm! They answered immediately and by 8.30pm I had bought my mobility scooter.
It arrived today really well wrapped and looks fantastic.
It was already assembled which was wonderful.

My old scooter had broken down just prior to an urgent visit to hospital and I was desperate to get a new scooter fast .

They went the extra mile for me given my circumstances and delivered the scooter later the same day I ordered it.

The scooter itself looks brand new and just what I need at a very fair price with a new battery , charger, 6 month warranty and delivery all included in the price.

I contacted Ash through ebay and bought a mobility scooter for my wife. As technophobes we were anxious because we had never made a purchase online of over £100. Our anxiety was quickly eased as the customer service from Ash was excellent. He walked us through the process and he made contact on 3 occasions in the process and updated us on progress. Delivery of the scooter was on time as promised by Ash. I want to place on record our thanks for his assistance and I would not hesitate to recommend Ash and Mobility Machines Ltd. 5 star treatment and service.

I decided that I wanted a decent really good mobility scooter that would fold and be easily transportable in the boot of a car, that I would find easier to lift than the Solax Mobie that I had.
I checked on the internet various manufacturers and found that the eFOLDI was the best available and checking a number of mobility shops that supplied the eFOLDI I came across Mobility Machines.co.uk web page and they were selling an Ex-Demo for £700.00 cheaper than a new one and after exchanging a few emails and being told that I would get a full warranty and a 100% good battery I purchased the scooter and it turned up at my house 2 days later with free delivery and I couldn't be more happier with the scooter or the service that I received.

My chair i was told would be late, customer services was full of apologies, so polite, helpful and organised for me to have another sent. My beautiful chair arrived 5 days early, the customer service could not do enough for me, was interested in what I wanted and needed.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Ash and the team at Mobility Machines. From telephoning me on a Sunday to let me know that state of play to then telehoning again on Monday morning (as agreed, but how many companies ever do ring back when they say they will?) and getting the order done over the phone and then delivered by DPD Wednesday afternoon, I cannot fault them. No hassle or hard sell and a very good price.

Personal and highly professional advice. My problem was caused by myself and I wasn’t made feel silly or stupid in any way. I was telephone back to check all was good. From the time I ordered my scooter, for which I was given great advise my experience has been 1st class.
I encountered a couple of issues after I started using my scooter. On contacting MML they immediately identifying the issues and problems resolved there and then. A sign of a quality company for me is how they deal with an issue. Full pass marks.

I bought a second-hand mobility scooter; agreed a purchase price on Tuesday and took delivery Thursday afternoon. The delivery company were excellent. I have taken the scooter on a test ride and I am delighted with it, it is 100% as per the listing.

After ordering a Atto Sport from mobility machines, Ash called me to talk to me about delivery, and I had some questions that he was happy to answer. Delivery was very quick and product was very easy to unpack.
