Just tried to use my 40 points to get an Amazon gift card only to receive a messege saying that my account had been locked. I was extremely confused at first until I thought about what opinion outpost pulled a few years back and thought to check the reviews and of course I'm not the only one

Another unhappy user who was locked out of my account as soon as I reached the 20 credits for a £20. No reason, just tough. So they've harvested my data on false pretences. For that I'm going to report them to the Informationer Commisioners Office for conning me into doing this. I urge you all to do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with this. I told them I will do this and they've completed ignored me...awful company...do not trust and do not download the app. Not worth the hassle when they don't even pay out!

First, I need to disclose that I hadn’t stuck with the program for the full week like the rest of the reviewers, so I can’t testify as to if I got my points or not. However, their VPN is so slow and awful that the reward promised makes it far from worth it. The whole thing seems very, very overtly sketchy as well; obviously you can’t not expect some sketchy dealings from a program that is transparently & constantly collecting user data, but I was straight up blocked from looking at review sites (including this very one) while using their VPN, pretty much solidifying this as a scam to me. Don’t waste your time.

Really bad support.

You earn your point every week and you often can't claim it.

You ask why and they copy paste a standard message saying you have to keep the software on and be active, even though you are, they still and that standard message and don't help you claim the point.

The more points you claim, the more you can't claim. Like they are doing it on purpose to stop you getting more money.

Been with them years now and support is the WORST.
Always the same copy paste. NEver actually hrelping.

3 weeks I haven't been able to claim even though active every other day.
It is like they want you to be active in your sleep. That is what the message kind of says.

You are active every week and that is the only requirement, not to be active everyday, only every week BUT the support won't help unless you are active every day.

Basically they make up their own rules that are different from the terms and conditions.
They add their own rules.

I have read the rules and I am complying.
You don't have to be active every day, only every week.
You don't have to surf every day, it literally says that in the terms! Just every week.

To mobile expression:
Read your OWN RULES. Stop copy pasting the same not eligible message every time when people ARE active!
Take time to read the rules and YOU follow them too.
Stop making up rules that aren't in the terms and stop treating people like they should be on 24 hours a day!
That is not the terms! We only have to be active a few times a week. THAT is the rules! Now YOU follow them!

Avoid signing up if you don't like to be constantly emailing support chasing your point that you earned.

Don't sign up if you like privacy as the app snoops and it slows your phone down to dial up speed!

What a joke!

Una vera e propria truffa, occorrono 1800 crediti per riscattare un buono, e loro ti assicurano 300 crediti a settimana, io ero ferma a 1500 e dopo 2 mesi neanche l'ombra dei 300 crediti garantiti. Ho scritto all'assistenza e la risposta è stata che non ero idonea,disinstallata immediatamente. Non perdete tempo, e soprattutto non regalate a questi soggetti i vostri dati

Purtroppo obbligato a mettere una stella.
App inutile ruba dati e connessione andando in vpb,tra l'altro crasha spesso.
Insomma un app fatta veramente malissimo,con assurdi premi in buoni Amazon,che ovviamente non darannno mai
Questa è stata la loro risposta dopo che non ho potuto ritirare il premio, nonostante avessi raggiunto i 1800 punti.

Usata per un paio d'anni ha sempre pagato, poi di punto in bianco così come capitato a tanti altri, al momento di ritirare il premio 25 euro account bloccato... Spiegazioni nulle, non hai rispettato qualcosa che manco noi sappiamo cosa, sei mesi di raccogliere dati gratis visto che poi non hanno pagato, app cancellata, spero falliscano male

Estafadores, puta escoria que no paga.

Lo utilizzo da anni e ho sempre preso i buoni da 25 € senza problemi. Un paio di volte mi hanno bloccato ma perché al mio cel l applicazione spesso si scollega non ho capito ancora il perche, e loro dopo le dovute verifiche mi hanno sbloccato ( subito) perche hanno verificato che ero loro utente da moltissimi anni e sono sempre attiva tranne quei pochi momenti in cui si scollega dovuti al cel.

sono circa due anni.. vengo pagata regolarmente ..posso dare 5 stelle e ne darei anche di piu' se fosse possibile. Non sono truffatori. vorrei solo sapere come si fa a cambiare email perche con hotmail non riesco più a leggere la posta.

Son unos estafadores, instalas la aplicación y cuando tienes créditos para cobrar te cancelan la cuenta. NO PAGAN.

Muy mala experiencia,
después de acumular puntos por valor de 40€, bloquean completamente mi cuenta diciendo que es fraudulenta y que es un bloqueo de por vida. Los fraudulentos son ellos, que se quedan con tus datos y el dinero, dejandote sin nada.

Every time I order a voucher, it takes so long before it arrives. Presently, i am waiting 4 weeks for an Amazon voucher. I have contacted customer support numerous times. Awaiting a reply.

I am dealing with the same scammy behavior as many other people. I attempted to redeem my points that I had earned and then suddenly received a message stating my account was locked. Dirtiest company I have ever dealt with. They don’t deserve the 1 star even but I had no choice.

Si puediera les daria ninguna estrella... Me han cerrado la cuenta, ( y tampoco me dejan crear una nueva) solo porque cambié de móvil, la instalé en el movil nuevo y ahora dice que he violado sus términos de servicio... Así que ya sabéis si cambias de movil no van a poder seguir ultilzando la app... No la recomiendo para nada... No la instalen. Nota 0

State alla larga. Ho raggiunto la soglia per richiedere il premio e stranamente il mio account viene bloccato, proprio quando richiedo il premio. Se non lo avessi richiesto avrebbero continuato tranquillamente a salvare le mie informazioni di navigazione.

Onestamente sono iscritta a Mobilexpression da diversi anni e ho sempre riscattato i buoni Amazon (da 5 Euro), solo un volta tempo fa mi avevano temporaneamente bloccata, ma poi riammessa e ho continuato a riceverli. Quindi per me vale 5 stelle. Onestamente non capisco le altre recensioni, se per riscattare premi più grandi di 5 Euro ci sono problemi, perché non provate a riscattare quelli più piccoli? ;) Solo un suggerimento.

Sul sito americano molti sostengono che non pagano. Mi occupo di sicurezza informatica ed ho scoperto che usano un computer Windows server 2008 con IIS (la stragrande maggioranza dei siti, oltre il 95%...oltre!!!) usano Linux con Apache.
Ma c'è ben altro: il computer è condiviso con altre "aziende". Non posso dire quali perché dovrei entrare nel computer e questo è un crimine.
Gli ho chiesto via email che dati raccogliessero ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Se avete dati sensibili evitate questa app.

Purtroppo sono mesi che accumulo punti ma non da più i premi richiesti e nonostante le richieste d'assistenza nulla è cambiato. Penso la cancellerò!
