Ottima app! Pagamenti in buoni regalo in massimo 48 ore dalla richiesta,lo utilizzo da anni,non da fastidio al funzionamento del cellulare,non invia pubblicità molesta,non ti fa scaricare altre applicazioni per punti,non ti chiede di fare sondaggi,perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista della privacy,l'importante è ricordarsi di accedere ogni giorno per il log in così da attivare App.Societa seria ed affidabile,consiglio veramente sia appunto per la serietà nel dare i premi,e sia per assenza di spam,e per non bloccare il cellulare con inutili applicazioni da parte di terzi,e per la privacy sui dati personali.Assistenza clienti professionale,seria ed educata.Consiglio questa applicazione da me usata da anni per le motivazioni da me precedentemente elecate! Ottimo "extra" senza fare praticamente nulla a parte il login! Chi dice il contrario è solo perché non effettua accesso ad app giornalmente (ma si può anche saltare 1 o 2 giorni d'accesso senza perdere i punti settimanali),io utilizzo i buoni regalo Amazon per regali ad amici e parenti! O acquisto gift card Amazon da regalare!

I have used this app for many years without a hitch. When I got to my 10 credits at the end of January I ordered a £10 giftcard in the same way I always have. The order says fulfilled but I have not received the email (I have checked junk and spam folders). I have filled in the help request option on both the app and website numerous times since 6th February and not received a reply. I even sent an alternative email address in case this was the problem. I assume that they are either ignoring help requests or have ceased to exist in which case they should let customers know so that they can delete the app from their phone, which I intend to do if I don't get a reply soon.

I just got to 35 credit and when I tried to redeem I had negative 25 and I have just a 5 credit I will make sure I let everyone know it's a scammed family and friends your site should be banned

Finchè non si cerca di ritirare un premio si ricevono messaggi sui punti accumulati, quando si va all'incasso l'account viene bloccato. Alla richiesta di sblocco e di spiegazioni scrivono che "non hai soddisfatto i requisiti di partecipazione necessari per qualificarti per l'incentivo". Non è chiaro quali siano questi requisiti, stranamente si accorgono che c'è qualcosa che non va solamente al momento dell'erogazione del premio, non quando per 2 0 3 mesi la VPN monitora il tuo traffico. E' palesemente una truffa!

Mobilexpression use to send gift cards and paypal vouchers without a problem when I have the credits needed then recently my account was locked soon as I was redeeming a 10$ paypal voucher. I have the vpn on 24/7 and yet this is what they sent me on their "support" email.

The app didn’t even let me use my cell phone I couldn’t view certain sites, it disconnected my access to wifi, and about 2 years to collect point. I don’t think selling information and privacy is worth 10 dollars of Amazon gift cards.

I think from now on if a company is asking to get even more data on me, I’ll politely decline. They can buy from data brokers instead.

Well, just like most others, I got burned. They take your information, then when you try to cash out, they lock your account for "not meeting their standards". What a load of BS. I painstakingly followed their directions and used my mobile for a solid week to 2 weeks. Then I get an email telling me I got enough points for an Amazon card. I go to collect it, and my account is locked. I complained and they're still sticking by the decision to lock me out. Once bitten, twice shy. Never again!

the problem is the same as other are facing
my account was blocked without any reason, this happened when I was trying to redeem my coins. My two friends also face the same issue.

Have just redeemed points for my second Amazon voucher. Have not had any issues with the App or claiming and redeeming points in the UK.

This is a follow up on previous review. suddenly today I received an email that my account had been restored and was sent the $10 Amazon gift credit. All of this was a mistake they said. I have a feeling they did this to hundreds. Not sure what really happened as they probably got a lot of upset emails from people like myself and bad reviews.

Had the same problem as many others . Collected 20 credits enough for £20 Amazon voucher then told my account was blocked . Don't trust scam app.

Husband has been using this app for a while. When he reached 20 coins, he went to get his amazon voucher to find his account had been locked. He emailed and his response back was that his profile had been locked due to 'account not meeting the standards of activity and participation. Looked at trust pilot it seems they do this to a lot of people. They wait until you reach the points and then delete your account so you can't get the rewards. Absolute joke! I will be complaining and reporting!

They prompt you to download the app then click on 'CA CERTIFICATE' on your settings then to click 'install anyway'. Don't do this bit becauze a message popped up on my phone prompting me that this will enable them to have access to my passwords etc! I've got a screenshot of it and sent to them. (No reply yet as I've just sent it and it's 8pm)...just for a poxy £10 voucher. Only accept on your phone from places you trust. Obviously my phone prompted me that so I'm not going to continue, especially with all the bad reviews I've read. So no thanks.

Fate molta attenzione a dare i vostri dati a questi signori! Li utilizzano non si sa per quali scopi e ti bloccano all'istante appena richiedi il premio. Io ero attivo ogni giorno, aprivo anche sempre l'app per vedere fosse tutto ok, e ogni settimana riscuotevo i 300 crediti. Appena raggiunta la soglia dei 6600 crediti e ho richiesto il buono Amazon da 25 Euro sono stato bloccato con la solita frase standard che danno a tutti "Siamo spiacenti, il tuo account premio è bloccato in questo momento.". Se contatti il supporto confermano senza aggiungere altro. Mi pare evidente che è una truffa, sono diventati degli scammers. Leggete anche le altre recensioni

Not exactly sure how I am supposed to earn points, but I got enough very quickly to get Amazon £10 gift card. Claimed and spent.
