I use Mist for concentrates and DIY supplies, have been ordering from them for many years. I have just been informed via Live Chat that an out of stock item, that I know is very popular will no longer be stocked due to them changing manufacturer in the coming months. This is the product that helped me quit real cigarettes and I am pretty much dependant on it now, have been for years. Only flavour that I have actually found pleasant and not artificial.

Had there been some mention of this via email I would have stocked up to see me through the next few months. As it stands I'm now out of this with no real alternative. Lack of comunication and no real thought given to customers during transition period is poor, especially given the fact that customers will be dependant on certain products.

First time vaper, after reading the many reviews,decided to try mist,couldn't be happier, delivery,taste,price all good,highly recommend.

After original order envelope arrived minus e liquids ( vaporised in transit) one quick email to Mist and my new order was on way.Amazing service and that is why this is my go to e liquids supplier.

Took long to deliver but I got my pods in the end!

I've been using MIST now for about a year and made probably only a handful of orders with them but they've been amazing overall.

I've ordered flavours I didn't like, or flavours that didn't quite meet my expectations of the flavour name, but I think that's the chance you take when you're trying new things.

I first ordered because they promised an E Liquid that was as close as you could get to smoking a Cigarette, and to be honest, In the past ten years I've tried numerous that claimed the same so I was skeptical. But they literally give you a sample pack for the cost of postage! How can you say fairer than that? and what's more is, they weren't lying. Gold & Silver is pretty damn good!

Over the last year I've engaged with their online chat service numerous times to ask for advice, that coming from a newbie is probably pretty basic stuff and every time I've done so they've been patient, welcoming and helpful.

As far as I'm concerned, their customer service is second to none. I've bought things from other vape companies and waited weeks to get an order and its been wrong to one degree or another. With MIST I've always received my item within the timeframe quoted or sooner and had the occasional freebie thrown in, which is always nice!

Definitely one of my "go to" online vape shops and fast becoming the only one i'll trust.

I ordered a new VooPoo Drag, 10 bottles of RY4 Caramel Tobacco and some coils.

I was a little worried about the RY4 as it has mixed reviews. Personally I really like it.

Delivery was really prompt. I ordered late Monday night and received it with the post on Wednesday.

I was meant to receive 2 free 10ml liquids with my purchase. These were not present with the order. (I can’t guarantee if this was their or my input error)

I called the tel number on their email which is also on their website. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, she apologised and arranged for them to be sent out.

Very happy with MIST and will be using them again.

Great prices, great choice of flavours and great customer service. Couldn't really ask for more. Staff were quick to respond on chat with answers to questions and overall very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time ordering from MIST, ordered 10 bottles of custard, it arrived quickly. Unfortunately the e liquid was awful it tasted like white wine nothing of custard at all. I Contacted their customer service and they will issue a refund once they receive back the 10 bottles. I was very disappointed as their liquid look at a good price. Maybe the bottle that opened was off i don’t know but it put me off and won’t be ordering again from them. However until now their customer service has been very good. (Well waiting on refund now).

17/06/2022 following my review i have now received the refund. Excellent customer service, prompt reply and prompt refund.

Ordered incorrect item. Reported my mistake to Customer service ,without a second thought I was sent replacements without payment even though I was at fault, furthermore they provided me with a freepost address for items to be returned. Complete and first class Customer service

Mist continues to provide my preferred ejuice of Peanut butter at a great price and with a quick delivery too. The quality and service continues to be very good, as per my previous reviews.

Great helpful advice and service, bang on delivery time, would definitely recommend to anyone.

There’s only one choice for Brighton Vapers… And that’s Mist. Value for money, excellent service. Beats the others hands-down. 11/10
