I have been using diamond mist silver mist for about ten years now and the product that has come recently is not the same as normal the taste is horrid I have tried different suppliers but the same outcome they need to resort to the original mix as this batch is unusable. Don't know what this is doing to my health

Big shout out to MIST. Brilliant company to deal with. I have been using them for a few years now and have never had cause for complaint.
Lovely staff who answer the order call, fast, uber efficient delivery service and great prices.

Price for a bottle of Bar salts increased by £1.50 when purchased instore at Baker St. Brighton, hardly an encouragement to shop locally. Won't bother with this lot again

Excellent company, I realised that I hadn't added an item to my order so got in touch and it's the first time I've come across customer support that's excellent, they more or less get straight back to you and the issue ( my fault) was resolved straight away. Great company, great customer service, great prices and fast delivery. I'll be back

Outstanding service from order to delivery! I was kept informed with when it was despatched, who was delivering it and when it would be delivered. My order arrived before expected, well packed and in great condition. The Elux juice is delish and the price was fab. What more could a customer want and I will definitely be ordering from Mist again.

Super choice of items at affordable prices, fast delivery too. I also found the blog extremely helpful in choosing my devices. I'll be using Mist again.

Bought a charger which stopped working after a few months. Great customer service, returned it via free post and was offered refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement which arrived very quickly. Highly recommend.

Overpriced products then after you place an order they send you a 20% off voucher that can only be used on your first order.
Their Vape's gave me mouth ulcers so won't be using them again and if they are using the Trustpilot scam it means must need to hide their complaints as 'Trustpilot' make it very difficult to leave negative feedback.

I’ve used mist for over 5 years now, given a couple of excellent reviews in the past, however the first complaint I had has been totally ignored by the company. A menthol tube was packed in my 10 pack of tobacco flavour, not only did it taste awful it took several days to get rid of the taste, I’ve complained but not even received a response yet alone an apology! Awful customer service but a great product

Contacted the company twice to return an item but never heard back from them. Won't use their service again.

Great Company really prompt customer service and delivery is so quick. They sell 10 x 10ml of certain eliquids at a really good price. Highly recommend for quality and service. Glad i found them 5*

Had a problem with one of the vapes so contacted them and they responded the next day and dispatched another one on the same day and I received it the day after. The customer service is brilliant. Will buy from them again

Good mix of flavours and taste

Bad advice given regarding eliquid and an alternative mod. Luckily I didn’t get the mod. However seems to me that the staff member doesn’t actually read a customer question before answering. Delivery of eliquid was excellent but taste not great

Just ignore the negative feedback. They are far more than EXCELLENT!

Not much flavour at all had better from a corner shop or a high street store i would recommend looking else where very disappointing in my opinion # no flavour

Just had the pleasure of speaking with Aden at Mist, corrected my issue and then called me back to triple check all was ok! I have used these guys for years and they have never failed me. Keep going strong!
