Fast shipping and I love my bed now it’s like heavenly clouds to sleep on! So glad I found this company!

The sheets are exceptional. My hair is smooth when I wake-up with other sheet sets I look like I was in a tornado.

I expected the delivery between November 15-17, 2025 and it has not arrived as of today, Wednesday, November 26, 2025!!!

Description inaccurate. Washed one time in warm water per directions, not soft anymore. States cooling, but just the opposite. I would not recommend purchasing

The very best thing to say about my experience was the first night sleeping in the sheets! They arrived promptly and went straight on my bed. No more hot and cold during the night—no more waking and rearranging my covers. Thank you MM. The only frustrating part has been that they sell so many it’s sometimes hard to find color and size I want to buy.

Sheets seem exactly as described. The color was perfect, which was beige. They are very soft and thankfully the fitted sheet fits very well not too small.

Didn't do anything they said they would do. Didn't keep me cooler. Still had to wash just as often. Didn't sleep any better. Very pricey and no better than my cotton sheets. They wrinkle badly and don't look good. I called to get a refund and it is only a 30 day refund policy so they said I was past the return window. I would be happy if they would just refund the whole price.

The cooling effect of the sheets cause a more deep and comfortable sleep

I feel completely misled. These sheets are rough and not at all what I would expect at this price point. Definitely not “cooling”. These are hotter than my 1200-thread count sheets at half the price. I made the mistake of reading reviews on their website and feel those must be as false as their product advertising. Don’t waste your money.

UPDATE: The company reached out and addressed my concerns quickly. They have made things right with me and I appreciate their willingness to learn how they can improve. If a company is this dedicated to their customers to find out details and commit to improvement, I’m willing to give them another try.

Easy to order and a wonderful product, however, the pillow cases are too small for the queen size pillow. They need to be larger.

I have given these to four members of my family after buying for my self . Everyone is amazed at how cool they keep you in warm weather and aren’t cold with cooler temperatures .

I have absolutely been loving these sheets! They are so very comfortable!

I bought several of these expensive sheet sets in winter 2024. I used them regularly and the fitted sheet in the older set started tearing in July. I contacted customer service since there is a warranty and they said they would send a new set. I thought that was awesome! EXCEPT when the sheets arrived they were a totally different material and color! I contacted them again to ask why they were different and about 2 weeks later after multiple emails, they told me they didn’t have any control over what fabric shipped out and that was the old fabric they had sold (Gen 1). So I asked what I could do to get just a matching fitted sheet. Now several weeks and emails later, still no response. Horrible service! Obviously the product is defective as well and the warranty is worthless without providing a replacement that matches what I bought. Very disappointing since I spent over $500 and had recommended to others.

Well I haven’t received my sheets yet I just ordered them yesterday I’m a 100% disabled veteran and have a lot of trouble sleeping with my disability’s I cough a lot due to my disability’s and am hoping these will help. But when I tried to order them it said there was a problem with my card and to use another card or try that one again so I did and it went through but when I got my conformation there were two things that I didn’t order and when I looked at my credit card statement they charged my card twice I am 79 and not to good with this stuff but I sent them an email telling them what happened and they got back to me and said it would be 2 or 3 days do to the backup so today I saw a number to call so I called and it took a few minutes but got a lady from customer service and I must say it was a great experience I told her about being billed twice and that there were 2 things on my order that I didn’t order well I’m not good with names but she made my day she stayed on the line with me for about 15 minutes and couldn’t have been nicer she redid my order and took the 2 items I didn’t order off and they are going to refund them and already sent me a notification that the other charges on my credit card would be taken off within 3 to 5 days. If the sheets and pillowcases are as good as there customer service I’ll be so happy and again I forgot her name but thank you for making my day👍

Received my order within a week just as promised. Company kept me advised when to expect their delivery. Loved the color‼️

At first I was having issues ordering the sheets, the website wouldnt take ANY of my credit cards. I contacted the banks representing the cards asked if there was a block, no block on my end for each credit card. I thought the company was a scam. I was trying to send them messages regarding my order and asking for help. Messages came back undeliverable, I finally spoke with someone she suggested I use pay pal and it worked. My first order was not received, I called in made a complaint about not receiving the sheets they sent me a new one immediately. I ordered the Miracle Brand Self-Cooling, Self-Cleaning Sheet set. I received a free towel and 2 wash rags. They was very thick and soft. The sheets when I opened them felt cool to the touch and very soft. I usually get so hot with certain sets of sheets, I cant even sleep. Its very hard for me to find the right sheet set, until I got these. I would definitely reorder these sheet sets.

The only way to leave any kind of feedback for this company's products is here. They claim they will refund the cost of the items if you aren't satisfied within 30 days. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to file any kind of complaint or negative comments. These sheets will NOT fit a mattress that requires deep pockets. This is not stated on their site. My mattress is a thicker one so these don't fit properly. They claim that the material is soft after washing. Frankly, 100% cotton is softer. Save your money and buy sheets elsewhere.
