The help and support i got on my case was exceptional i had regular contact all the way through out and even when i call to ask questions they made time for me.

My call was dealt with professional compassion by Phoebe. I did not feel rushed the communication was excellent. Brilliant managing a individual with existing complex disabilities. Everything was done at pace I can manage my disability. Everything was explained and checked back with me. The process was explained and next steps.

Hafsa took car of my injury claim after a collision I was involved in. She was very patient and extremely helpful. Her information collection was fast and efficient and she relayed info clearly and concisely. Overall she made the process streamlines and easy to understand

Minister law are very proactive when it comes to new claimants, everything has happend so swiftly and just by a click of a button. Everything is digital, appointments are always on point with timings. Everyone so far on my journey since the car crash have all been very helpful and understanding

I really hate to leave a bad review. But .... everything started off fine communication was ok. Some things got dealt with then complete radio silence. To then receive an email that my case has been transferred to someone else. Again communication was ok and I thought was progressing to almost coming to an end and then no communication whatsoever since august. Despite numerous emails sent for any updates ive had no replies. I rang today the direct number I was given to someone different answering and he was helpful but mentioned it needs transferring AGAIN. i appreciate things take abit of time but I had an offer made which i was advised to decline which I did. And now absolutely nothing. Ive been left in abit of a financial mess due to loss of wages since the rta i was involved in and I really need some assistance with arranging an interim payment and some general support with my claim. Its had a huge impact on me with having such a loss of wages. I just want some proper communication so we can move my claim forward and finished. Any help I would be most grateful

What made this experience nice and easy was actually having a human being to speak to, the lady who was dealing with me Briony Buxton had the patience of a saint, we were dealing with my claim etc then start having a chat about something completely different...
