My small claim for a car accident has obviously been forgotten as the only email response i have had back from your court legal team was to tell my the 3 year window to claim was nearly up and I might not get anything, even though my passengers claim was sorted well over a year ago ! My email asking who to complain to didn't get answered, The INK portal has not worked for me for over a year and when i asked about this I was told on the phone don't worry we don't really use it !

Under the guidance and advice of Ashley Nolan and with Rachel Wilson's help my case reached a satisfactory conclusion. Throughout the 3 years it took there were times I doubted we'd get anywhere however thanks to Ashley's belief in me we reached a positive outcome. Minster Law was assigned my case following my motorbike accident in July. Initially, I received great service, explaining the process etc, it was only when I was assigned my claim handler did things go downhill. Alizay Choudrey seems to have difficulty in responding to emails and her team leader, Matt is worse, despite requesting a different claim handler ( Alizay is always off) repeatedly and complaining about the lack of communication, even Matt has never bothered to contact me to find out why I was dissatisfied,again, despite numerous requests for him to do so. I was expecting to be given advice on how to proceed with this claim, I was not expecting to be told " well it's your claim " when asked if I wanted my medical records to go to the other party, I, and I think reasonably, expected to be given advice on whether it was a good idea or not, which is what I replied when I said " I'll take your advice on this " .To be honest, I have absolutely no faith or trust in her abilities to fight my case and if I could change the firm handling my claim, I would, really dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service and communication.

Following my review of the services on here, Minster Law said they would pass on to investigate, this was 19th October and, to date,they've done nothing ! I have even gone to the trouble of emailing there complaint email and guess what ! Not even an acknowledgement, nothing. Avoid using them like the plague
