Great firm!
After my motorbike crash, minster were appointed as my legal cover was paid for in my bike insurance. Due to the value of the claim rising i was passed to different solicitors but was always kept in the loop. All were very professional and acted in a timely manner to all requests and responses. Id lastly like to thank my last solicitor Susanne Daine, who achieved a great settlement on my behalf! All in all I fully recommend minster law should you ever need representation!

COLD CALLING I NEVER SIGNED WITH THEM
I have never signed up with this company, they were given my details via a Solicitor my insurance company work with (I decided not to proceed with the original Solicitor, as they wanted 35% of my claim). Despite telling Minister Law repeatedly I am not with them and have not given permission for then to act on my behalf. They still created an account for me and keep calling (at least 6 times over 6 weeks). I have emailed them and blocked them from calling, so chances are theyve called more. However, they now call from a new number and i tell them the same. They are litterally ambulance chasers that refuse to accept when someone has rejected their service.

Ella was great

I cannot praise Minster Law enough. After an RTA, my case was finally settled within 8 months, and I am so grateful for all their help and support throughout the process.
Kenzie Ogley and Connor Dennis were both extremely professional, helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. They always took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel supported throughout what was a very difficult and stressful experience.
When the initial decision was disappointing, the NuvaLaw ADR process was successfully used to speed things up and, most importantly, to continue fighting for my side and achieve a positive outcome.

Minster Law contacted me after my accident and assigned Carmen Tomkinson as my case handler. Carmen was very polite and explained everything clearly from the start.
