Minors and Brady Anmeldelser

We would like to thank Cassandra in aftersales for all the help with our purchase. It was 11 weeks to offer to completion. She kept us fully informed at each stage and answered or questions swiftly

Cassandra at Minors and Brady was fantastic in supporting us through our move from start to finish. 5 stars plus!!

Minors and Brady were very professional when we were buying our bungalow through them. We had several hold ups along the way but Cassandra rang regularly to keep us updated and did her utmost to help sort any issues that she could help with
All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Many thanks for all your help.

I recently had dealings with Luke at Minors and Brady regarding rental evaluation review. He made the whole process very easy for me extremely professional and made sure the whole matter past off very smoothly.

Dreadful. Won’t name the staff member and manager but the former stuffed up and the latter gaslit me saying I was bullying and harassing (assertive woman, can’t have that!). I would think twice about selling your property with these guys - they put off a genuine cash buyer through their rudeness and inability to apologise for their mistake. (Independent witness to manager conversation would confirm my version).

Minors and Brady - staff both in the office and viewings were polite and professional. I appreciate their flexibility in booking appointments and makes us feel no hassle at all. Special mention to Laura, lovely and very helpful who showed us around some properties today. She even give us few recommendations of things to consider in choosing the best house for us. Great experience all in all!

Had a viewing with Lauren from the Lowestoft branch today. I was accommodated very late on a Friday and the viewing was after 5- thanks for being flexible and arranging this.
Lauren was very helpful during the viewing and answered all questions we had.

I was a little sceptical about using minors and Brady, it’s been a long time since I sold a house but as they have a lot of boards up in Norwich I went with them.
Maddie there did an amazing job, listened to my feedback and got the house sold and completed in under 3 months. She was always well informed and kept me up to date with the state of play every week. Thank you Maddie!

Brilliant service great communication from Molly and very quick sale and exchange . Thanks

The service provided to us by Claire Wilson was fantastic, she kept us updated throughout the process, calling us at least once a week to catch up or with any news. She was very friendly and helpful and responded to all our queries quickly.

From the initial phone call to talk about putting my property on the market, Becky Johnson has been extremely helpful, very proactive in arranging a valuation, and appointments. Becky has been in constant touch talking me through every aspect. Bradley who did the valuation has given honest feed back and discussed all aspects of the selling route. Brilliant service! I feel very confident with them selling my property.

Just bought a house from minors and Brady the service has been absolutely perfect especially from after sale team which I highly recommend Jessica kemp she has done a fantastic job she keeps you informed for anything and everything was in time I would recommend this to anyone

Very proffessional. Great service from start to finish. They kept us informed at every step of the way. During the stressful period of accepting offer to exchanging contracts our aftersales progresser, Aysegul was brilliant. She went above and beyond to keep us informed and assist in any way to try to make our life easier. Fantastic service

Lauren showed us around two properties today. Lauren was very helpful and informative making our viewings stress free. Highly recommend her.

The company staff are very accommodating. After we saw the bungalow that night, we called the company the next morning to book an appointment to view it. they arranged it immediately. We liked it enough to make an offer, that was not accepted, but the agents advised us what would be accepted and the seller agreed on the same day. Despite various delays, which at times became quite stressful, Jessica Kemp kept in constant touch, reassuring us that everything would be fine. We would like to thank all the staff at Minors & Brady and we highly recommend them.

Was looked after by the lovely Lauren, who took us to several houses, one after the other. Very conveniently for us. Very helpful, checked in with us afterwards and went above and beyond. Lovely lady, hope to see her again as she listened and knows exactly what we are after. Well done Lauren!

I was assigned a property manager named Rich when I joined M&B, and from the very beginning he's been fantastic! He keeps me updated at every turn, gets things done when he says he will, and is generally a blessing as I can't be there every week! Rich puts my mind at rest - I'd give him a pay rise if I could!

Brooklyn smith is amazing through the moving process very smoothly, great communication, service is amazing
thankyou!😊

Really impressed with the service received from Connie and Joe in the Norwich sales office. In a tough market, they've done an excellent job of helping me agree on a sale. Highly recommended.

I had a really good experience with Minors and Brady. While both my solicitors and the sellers solicitors were disorganised and bad communicators, Minors and Brady (and Molly in particular) were fantastic throughout the process.
