I recently made a purchase at Miniso, it's just waste of dollar. I bought a water bottle for $11 the bottle was faulty. The bottle was broken under it and it was covered with the sticker. This experience is incredibly disappointing, and I expected much better quality for the price I paid. I returned to the store to exchange with my receipt, they refused to exchange it, saying it must have broken by me. I strongly advise others to reconsider before shopping here as most of the products are poor quality.

I recently made a purchase at Miniso, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I bought a water bottle for £15 and a power bank for £35, only to discover that both items were faulty. The bottle started leaking after just one use, and the power bank doesn't work at all. I can't believe I spent £50 on products that are essentially useless. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I expected much better quality for the price I paid. I strongly advise others to reconsider before shopping here.

Wish I could give 0 Stars!! I ordered 3 items for my daughters birthday but only 2 items arrived. I emailed and sent pictures and they said they would refund. I bought a neck pillow which I paid £11.00 for and for some unknown reason they thought it would be okay to refund me just £7.42? I also ordered a stitch bound book that cost £4.49 but they sent me a wire bound book which was a lot cheaper so I ended up paying more for a cheaper item that I didn't even order! Not heard anything from them since so they've basically stolen from me. Absolute con men. Save your money do not buy from the website!!

The staff was very rude, me and my 3 friends went to Miniso,cg road, Ahmedabad for shopping and they were following us in Miniso in every corner we go and after 5 mins we were going through two went to a section where a soft toy was fallen down which did not fallen by us then the staff with anger told that we kids should not shop and go away and that we were roaming and falling things around while we did nothing please take actions cause it was very hurtful and we got offended

I bought a rechargable fan in store in London and when I get home in Manchester the fan is faulty . I have lost the receipt but I have a proof of purchase from my online banking. When I went to return / exchange the product at Trafford Manchester , I was told to go back to London to ask for exchange or refund. The whole experience is just unpleasant and their policy is not customer friendly. It will cost me 10 times to get to London to return the product. Not going to buy anything from Miniso ever again

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering online! I would urge people not to order online. I had 2 missing items and contacted them via email, phone and their contact page online. They did reply straight away when I asked for a copy of my receipt, however since I have told them I have missing items, no reply.

Very cute and LOVE the items in Miniso but I bought a suprise and I got a spray bottle and other things, it was dirty in some substance maybe grease and not only that the employees look very unhappy and annoyed.

Terrible customer service, the managers do not follow return policy on receipt. Website has not working company information, this company is scamming people.

I am very unsatisfied with the visit I had this week to your union gap mall location. The staff was very unprofessional making passive aggressive comments and saying how there is no communication between them and management that only comes in once a week.They had items out on sales floor that weren't in their system and I couldn't purchase after endless waiting for them to figure out what was wrong just to come back and tell me I could not buy this toy for my son. Then when I had to ask myself if I could just get a discount for the inconvenience on another item I would purchase that was 5.99 they made me wait even longer to go ask their manager who still hadn't came out to speak with us just to say no they could not do that, all they could do is put that toy on hold until it was ready to sell.during all this time we had to wait the girl in front was talking to us without being spoken to about how they just opened up so it's not like they are going to have everything available when they've had this location open for months now. The actual manager finally came out after I had to ask to speak with her and went to tell me they have no way to make it up to customers for these sort of inconveniences and they couldn't do anything about it . I feel like this is truly not a good atmosphere to shop in even their air conditioning was broken and was very hot inside waiting for them to figure things out I left dizzy and upset along with my kids because I put everything I was going to buy along with the other thing they refused to sell me back. The girl who was first helped was sweating and had no clue what to do the other Hispanic women with very nice makeup seemed to know everything and nothing at the same time. There should definitely be more professionalism in this store especially having over 10 workers in store and not a single one able to help in these kinds of situations that was out of my control.

Truly pathetic service and extremely poor staff, I complained about a missing item from my online order and its been 11 days now there has been no update and Now they are not picking my calls and not reply to any of my texts. Worst experience will never order again.

Oversized packaging deciving customers
Mislead customers, hiding products in oversized boxes. Bought a 'Sanrio Characters' fridge magnet, '6 Tous Les Types'. Box is 7.5cm high x 4cm deep x 6cm wide, costs £5 and is a cardboard box so cannot see the actual product, just 6 drawings of the characters on the side. Due to cost and size of box expecting a 3D character magnet. Instead it is a cheap looking faded picture with a thin bit of cleat plastic over top. Actual product is 4.3cm high, 4MM depth and 3.5cm wide.

They’re not ready to directly ship the product to my place. Neither they are ready to send the product to Miniso Dadar nor to my place. Very ignorant ppl.
Bad customer service
I went to miniso two three days ago with my mom,and the staffs and the guard was greeting everyone with"welcome to miniso "Even the male customers, but when we entered there was no greetings at all!And we weren't even assisted no one assisted us, expect one employee who was at the last section of the store.Even the male customers were assisted, but not we.
We ended up buying nothing being disappointed.
We were wearing casual clothes not that fancy.I think the stuffs judged us for that.
