Sadly very poor customer service
Sadly very poor customer service, I have emailed their support on 3 occasions and waited. It has now been well over 2 months, and I have had no response.
For an expensive store, they need a way of supporting people post purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY!! I ordered an item online. I received an email which claimed it was posted but no tracking. After several days it did not turn up. I tried to call them but there is no customer services number. I filled out their online enquiry form and have not heard anything back 3 weeks later. I have chased several times. If they just took my money without posting the item, it would be a crime.
Rude Staff that racially profile
whilst we were shopping in the shop within a few mintues a short eastern european old lady worker came charging towards my son screaming asking where he put something he picked up as if he stole it and put it in the shopping bag he was holding. he showed her where he misplaced it but she refused to appologise and was screaming and causing a scene more like acusing him like he stole it, this was very upsetting as my son was scared and confused like he did something wrong. She then continued to talk rudely and did not appolgise for her behaviour. i immediately asked my daughter to leave what she wanted to buy. this experience really hurt us, she had no regards for customers feelings. We are never going back to that branch. their staff need trainning and how to talk to autistic children with special needs. disgusting attitude.

I accindentally bumped into one of your staff members and she started making a scene about it and screaming at me after I said sorry like 3 times. Abysmal customer service at Mimiso Camden (London): Touhid (a supposed Manager whose interpersonal communication skills are akin to a thug’s) used the following salesman lines to sell a product to me: “Give it to HER for £1.29” upon which he called me “Love”. Last but not least, when I requested his name to make a formal complaint about the customer service at the doomed Mimiso branch, he procrastinated and quarrelled with me. How on earth can someone with these customer service skills can assume a managerial position?
My experience at Miniso was not good
My experience at Miniso was not good. On the 14 of December 2025 , the last time me, my mum and my brother went to miniso and had a racist encounter because we are black. As we were leaving, a cashier behind the counter called us back in because she thought we stole, but guess what? We didn't. When we went to exchange something at miniso today, we saw the same racist chasier . She checked the paper bag that we got from there last time because she probably (or deffinately) thought we stole again. I thought I was being treted badly just because of my skin colour. Miniso , you need to improve how you guys work. 1 star.

Walked in to the Miniso Sherway Gardens store and was of course captivated by how 'cute' everything was. Decided to buy a few product items, went to cash and was asked if I was a member? I said no. Naturally an employee should tell you that Hey.. btw you earn points with every purchase do you wanna sign up. No, I had to ask pre-tell what is your membership about.
I asked how can I sign up, was told to scan the QR code and sign up on mobile. I paid...when actually the cashier should tell me not to unless I want points. Because the points could not be retro fitted into the account anymore because I had already paid! ...there are space cadets everywhere, this soured my experience and 'Yes there online shop is quite useless with no stock'!
Rude and Unprofessional Staff/Customer Service/Top Management
Staff at the store (Oakville Place) were very rude and extremely unprofessional in meeting customer's request of obtaining the sales receipts after they had destroyed them without customer's approval. They refused to print out another sales receipt and credit card payment receipt. Also refused to provide their names in order for me to escalate the matter to senior management. In addition, no response from the customer service/management at headquarters and in China after submitting several complaints to them over several months. Due to their unprofessionalism, I will not visit the store and patronize them anymore. I will not recommend this corporation to anyone.

Non andate mai a lavorare nella sede di Napoli, contratto di 3 settimane solo per il periodo natalizio, con contratto che mi scadeva il 31 dicembre, con una scusa di posare il cellulare in una scatola senza utilizzarlo per più di 8 ore consecutive senza un mezzo di comunicazione di emergenza mi hanno minacciata di dimettermi se non posavo il cellulare, ma siamo seri? Per lo più contratto da
30 ore settimanali per lavorarne 55 ore a settimana, era solo per il periodo natalizio.
No response Customer Service
I've tried to buy some items for christmas on Miniso website (Portugal). After paying, I dind't receive any confirmation on my e-mail. I've tried to reach customer service for e-mail (no response) and by telephone (no aswer). They basically stoled from me 80€.
Soltó su frustración hacia una menor de edad
Hoy el administrador culpo a mi hermana de robo porque tomo un juguete que ya prácticamente estaba fuera de su bolsa de seguridad, acusándola y obligandola a pagar asi haciéndole llorar al frente de todos, fue una experiencia horrible. El administrador fue un asco en toda la palabra, grosero, irrespetuoso y sin empatía.
Por cierto el señor ni se dejó explicar y tampoco quisieron mostrar cámaras cuando se pidieron.
Does not follow their own store return policy
The store return policy says on their receipts and in store that they accept returns within 7 days with a receipt and unopened product. I tried returning a product I bought yesterday and didn’t open it and had my receipt and they refused to accept my return. They said they don’t accept returns even though their policy says they do. The manager hide in the back and refused to speak to me. This store is a scam.
Miniso Edinburgh Overcharging.
Miniso Edinburgh - I brought two items to the till, two pairs of earrings, both marked on the label as £6.50. At the till, they were scanned, and I was charged £13.49. When I complained I had been overcharged, the "supervisor" told me that was what they were scanning at, and they could charge me what they liked. When I complained and said that was against the law, she argued with me and repeated that they could charge whatever they liked. She was rude and hostile. I asked for the Manager, and he said I was correct and in law they could only charge what was on the label, but that I "could not tell them what to do". So - look forward to getting overcharged in Miniso, and not being able to do anything about it.
Miniso Unprofessional and Questionable Behavior
I visited the Miniso store on 12/12/25 at approximately 10:15 am at Columbia Mall (Columbia Maryland) to make a purchase. The purchase was approximately 32.00 and the associate was handed a 50 dollar bill for the transaction. The Miniso associated would not accept the 50 dollar bill and quoted a store policy that said she could not accept the 50 dollar bill. In turn, the associate was asked to produce/show the policy, but declined to do so. There is no way there was not change to cover the transaction. The experience was unprofessional on the part of Miniso and the unacceptable behavior on the part of Miniso needs to be addressed.
Not Worth the Price
Worst place ever!
They are selling products at extremely high prices. I recently bought a gel eyeliner pencil for around ₹200, and it lasted only one week even though the pencil is still long and looks unused. When I went back to the shop to clarify the issue, the seller simply said, “It will last only this much.”
This is fraud and completely unacceptable behavior.
Very disappointing customer service and a total waste of money.
RUDE MANAGER Alex
After making a purchase today, I noticed that I had been charged for an item I did not purchase. I returned to the cashier, who told me they would process it as a refund and that the money would go back to Apple Pay, possibly by the end of the day. We still had additional shopping to do, and because the error was not mine, I explained that I needed the money returned immediately and asked for it in cash. The cashier said the issue would need to be escalated.
The store manager, Alex, came out and told me that because I paid by credit card, I would have to wait. I corrected her and informed her that I had paid with Apple Cash, and the money had already left my account. I again explained that since the mistake was not mine, I needed the refund in cash. Alex said she needed to call a higher-up, and I said that was fine.
During the call—made directly in front of me—Alex told the person on the other end something about a price check. I clarified that I had not requested a price check. She then looked at me and said it was her employee who did the price check, and continued with the call. She also told the higher-up that I had paid by credit card. When I corrected her again and said it was Apple Cash, she put a finger in front of my face and told me to “WAIT.” After the call, she gave me the cash refund.
I then asked for her name because it was completely inappropriate for her to place her finger in my face and raise her voice. When I began explaining why the gesture was offensive, she interrupted me. I told her she could wait, since she had just told me the same. Alex then said she didn’t have to stand there and walked away.
I want to emphasize that my issue was not with the refund process itself. The problem was the behavior I experienced from the store manager. Having a manager put their finger in my face, interrupt me, and raise their voice made me feel disrespected as a customer and as a person.

Me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de una dependienta, llamada Nerea ,de la tienda Miniso de Xanadú, Madrid.
Me atendió de manera muy educada, muy rápida en resolverme un problemilla y con una gran sonrisa. Da gusto encontrarte con trabajadores así no como las compañeras que me atendieron otro día, que ni ,siquiera, pudieron ayudarme a encontrar un regalo que buscaba porque tenían que colocar las estanterías....
