I will give it half star . I ordered and item and it was packaged poorly due to which when the product arrived , it is broken . The miniso online store has no customer care number and I have sent email to the customer service website with images however there is no response . I want a refund or the product to be exchanged but there is no where to go . The product is clearly of inferior quality and they are just looting the customers. My order no is 1759 and I need help but there is no information nor any response from miniso . I am dreading buying from miniso .

Terrible service, they let you order items then email to tell you there not in stock, meant to be 3-5 days for delivery, it's been a week now, no communication of what is happening with your items, overall a pretty rubbish experience, will not be using again.

Pathetic store with pathetic stuff.
They should not even get one star.

I went to asked for an exchange at 6.30 on the 13th of July 2021 due to missing screws in my alarm clock bought it from Jurong point outlet Ahmad was super affable love his services very polite and patient with me would love to shop there in future.

I bought a box of "stickes" for my baby cousin, and they turned out to be paper sheets with no sticky part what so ever. When i tried to raturn them the said the box was opened and could not be returned. What a WASTE of money. Would NOT recommend.

No customer service. Non of Miniso Sydney stores can be contacted by telephone. All their stores telephone numbers are disconnected. Emailed them and no reply. Impossible to contact them for an item they charge me when I had not purchase the item.

I bought products from miniso in west London based in Ealing Broadway, the products are very bad they don’t last long and they break very easy I wasted £68 for buying this products absolutely awful never again to buy from them this is a Chinese company based in Japan using the name Japan just so they can get away with it but all the products are from China and they are very poor production,

My sister bought a wallet for me from the shop, but the only thing was the card holder compartments was very less so went to exchange the product on the same day but the staff said they do not exchange the product you have to use it.

Spend 500 Rs on the wallet got the experience like I m buying thing from a Rs.99 store where there is no exchange worst ever services received and waste of money as I cannot use the wallet.

Before purchasing anything from MINISO first ASK incase of defect is there a exchange then go for it.

...no quality at all..bought earphones so many times and it lasted only fr a week...thought mayb the way I used it roughly was the reason then came to know from many frnds they too had similar issues..having debit card details still they refused to exchange...they gve u some email ids to file yr complaints but that is a false email I'd.by then yr time of 7 days return gets lapsed...useless product.. cheating people by putting small price..its better to buy earphones all from brand showroom itself.

The management at infinity mall Malad mini so store was very bad in my experience. The staff needs to be more understanding in these times.

I am really really fond of this store. It has everything I need from household items to digital stuff. They got those 3 adorable bears too. You'll sure to find all the cute little things you never knew you needed, hahaha. It's quite affordable so you will not feel guilty splurging from time to time.

Have been working for Miniso like a subhuman slave for a year and a half; the upper management had no regards for human rights and proper respect. One time my store manager forced me to hire her incompetent friend just because they knew each other. I ended up hiring this trouble maker and having wasted so much time cleaning up her mess. She even moved one of my cashiers to her department without my consent, causing me to have to hire another new one. Back room was always Overloaded and messy because the warehouse kept on sending us products that
we couldn’t sell fast. Oh you know what? They even sent me a wrong T4 slip in 2018. I filed a faulty 2018 tax return because of that and now I have to explain to CRA that it wasn’t my fault but Miniso’s. Don’t work there for F sake!
