SCAM Instagram Advert for DPF Faults Claim I fell for it, put my car reg in and up pops £11-13k then asked for details from me & my email address. Then it says my claim has been accepted but in reality it a waiting list for IF a claim is ever brought forward. Finally, we represent many thousands of clients on this specific group litigation claim. Whilst your individual claim may have been added amongst our wider client base, the wider litigation process can be slow-moving. This is the intrinsic nature of group litigation. We estimate claims take 3 to 5 years. All claims are dealt with simultaneously within these group litigation claims. Yes, unfortunately the litigation process is intrinsically slow, not least because this is the largest group action working its way through the Court system at the moment. We estimate claims take 3 to 5 years. No claimants in the Group Litigation Order have received compensation yet as the central case against Mercedes-Benz is on-going.
