Delayed my annual service until after a short holiday and within 2 days of getting back home, my Worcester Bosch boiler stopped working. No hot water due to low pressure. Reset that but still no joy.
Cust Services made 2-3 suggestions of how to try to resolve, as well as booking my service visit in for the earliest possible date, 5 days away.
But, not to worry they called back to advise that the boiler was still under mftr gaurantee and gave me the number to call.
Did that immediately and mftr is calling within 36 hours or sooner, if an engineer is available.

Top notch service from MCH and Worcester Bosch too. Highly recommend both [just as long as I get my hot water back very soon].

Just received my annual Boiler Service and have to praise the Engineer, Chris, for always providing such an excellent service. He is a pleasure to talk to, completely trustworthy, highly knowledgeable and experienced, and can answer any questions that I may have. It's rare today to find a professional who has all these qualities, but Chris stands out from the crowd. I must also praise Cath, the co-owner of the Business, who is also so helpful and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone.

Made a quick call following an error message on my boiler. To avoid a call out charge Aimee advised that I checked for blockage in the waste pipe leading from the boiler. This indeed was the issue and the error was corrected. Super service at no cost. Very much appreciated. Thankyou!

We needed a new upright radiator and Rob sourced the perfect fit for us, even making sure the valves were the right ones to fit our circumstance.
Michael then went above and beyond with the fitting, making sure that he left everything clean and tidy after very neat precise workmanship.
We can't fault their service and professionalism and will happily use them in the future.

From start to finish our experience with midland central heating has been excellent, friendly and a very easy process which has taken any stress away from us. Our first contact over the phone was a good start with admin being very helpful. Rob then visited to quote and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped us make an good informed iĺmportant decision. Michael then came to fit the boiler, he was prompt, very friendly and was very particular and conscientious in his work, very tidy and left no mess. Willing to go the extra to make things right and correct. Would definitely recommend Midland central heating.

Midland Central Heating always get the job done. The receptionist at the office is always helpful. If a problem occurs afterwards you can get back in touch and they will sort it.

For the last 3 years midland central heating have provided a 5 star service. From installation of a new boiler to regular servicing since. They reach out to remind that a service is due, the engineer turns up on time and delivers a friendly professional service. Used to have a service contract with our energy provider, and really glad we stopped, they charged twice the price and had terrible availability!

What a terrific team from our initial enquiry at the office to Rob visiting us and going through our needs. The quotation came through quickly and we felt was very reasonable. It was a five day job for a completely new installation with boiler and radiators and old blow air central heating decommissioned and water boiler removed. Mike and Chris were fantastic nothing was too much trouble they were friendly and professional . They explained everything and really looked after us. We highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for all of our servicing.

Following an annual service to elderly Mother's boiler, a replacement part was needed. A problem was discovered with the part, however Rob and Mike pushed out all the stops to get the work completed as promised. Highly recommend all staff in the team, very professional, kind people

Very easy to book an appointnent. Staff very friendly and polite on the phone.
Engineer arrived on time and was friendly and very informative.
Explaining how to change the water pressure and also how important it was for a carbon monoxide detecter. He also tested for any gas leaks. Not everyone does this.
I am an elderly lady and have used Midland Central Heating for over 10 years - when the boiler was installed - I have never had any problems with any of the engineers.
