In the run up to Christmas our boiler packed up after 25 years. Neighbours recommended UK Boiler Fit from Rugeley. They squeezed us into a busy time and replaced our boiler quickly and efficiently. As we both had heavy colds at the time we were very pleased to get the heatingbup and running. Dave and Andy gave good advice and quickly sorted an issue with Hive - a repeater plug about half-way between the hub and boiler sorted it. 100% connection since. Thanks for a quick, clean and tidy installation.

Our old boiler gave out on a freezing Sunday morning. A neighbour recommended UK Boiler Fit, so I sent a message not expecting a reply until Monday. Within minutes, Dave responded and arranged a same-day visit to take measurements. Less than 24 hours later, he’d sent over a clear, fair quote and scheduled installation for that same week.

With no heating or hot water, we were hugely grateful that Dave and Dan went above and beyond – even working out-of-hours – to get everything installed quickly. The new Alpha boiler and smart thermostat have transformed our home: powerful hot water, great efficiency, and easy remote control via the app.

Both Dave and Dan were friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work. They left everything tidy at the end of each day and made the whole process stress-free. We couldn’t be happier and will be recommending UK Boiler Fit to everyone we know.

Fantastic service from Dave and his team, came out the same day to have a look at our noisy boiler and give us a quote. Service and replacement part was completed by Dan, they were both incredibly helpful and friendly, couldn’t have asked for a better service! I have recommended them to everyone!

Just had a 1st class experience with Dave and his team at UK Boiler Fit UK.  The boss (my better half) wanted the living room changing around before new windows are fitted in January.  We needed 2 radiators removing and new ones fitting (in a different place as well as 2 replacing in other rooms, an old gas fire and fire place removing and a boiler service (which also needed a new part fitting). The windows, flooring, plasterer and electrician all hinged on the gas and plumbing work being completed.  My usual "go to" boiler guy let me down 2 days before he was due, and left me in a pickle.  I turned to Facebook for recommendations.  They came thick and fast but a stand out company was UK Boiler Fit Ltd so I sent them a WhatsApp message on the 3rd December.  Dave replied and was very helpful, came out with Dan and surveyed the work, made some recommendations and quoted next day.  Within 10 days of my WhatsApp message, the job was completed!  Dan, Andy and apprentice Lily turned up and immediately put down carpet protector everywhere (brilliant 1st impressions).  The team were polite, professional, very tidy and worth saying the guidance they gave Lily, and encouragement was really nice to see and hear.  I'd have no hesitation recommending Dave and his team to anyone and will be in touch for the boiler service next year.  Thank you.  5 stars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍

Great all round experience with UK Boiler fit. Had a problem with my boiler on the Saturday. Left them a message and had a phone call on the Sunday. Rang in his own time to try to help. Was able to identify the problem and came Monday to fix it. All done quickly and efficiently. Really knowledgeable, courteous and would highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again.

My mum's boiler started playing up, leaving her without hot water and heating on an evening when the temperature that night was going to be -4. I frantically spoke to Dave, late in the afternoon, who calmly told me he would send some one out that same evening. Dan and Andy came within 10 minutes, they assessed the fault, managed to get the heating back on, thankfully. These guys are first class, I couldn't recommend them enough. So quick to respond, reliable, reasonably priced, friendly and very compassionate towards me and Mum.

Good communication from company. Engineers turned up when expected and carried out a service on my heating system. They were polite, knowledgeable and left the property and working areas clean.

Dave came round on said day and time, run through all our options for new boiler. Quote emailed through same day, lads arrived promptly very polite, clean and tidy work (didn't know they had been here) definitely recommend 1st class service from start to finish and explained how it all works perfectly.

The quote came through the same day, Dave explained all the options and answered all our questions.
Once we gave Dave the go ahead he managed to fit us in quickly.
Dan and Andy were brilliant they worked both the days all day, they were very professional and polite and put floor coverings down so that no mess was made and cleaned up too.
They discovered we had a small issue with our hob (leaking gas) but again between them they resolved this and helped me find a new hob and then also fitted this.

Had a new Combi Boiler fitted by Dave and the boys this week, old combi was starting to fail and looked around for a good company to replace it before winter sets in. Came across UK Boiler Fit and was really impressed by all the good reviews so felt comfortable to give them a go, and was not disappointed. Dave came to size up the complexity of the job and came back with a written quote on the same day, then due to a cncellation could do the work the following week.
The boys arrived 0830 sharp and finished the job by 3pm, including a few hours on the roof installing new flue. In the meantime, Dave (back at the ranch) registered our new boiler with the manufacturer for its 10year warranty.
How efficient is that? Not the boiler, i mean Dave! But the new combi is not bad either.
We made a good choice of boiler and Dave at UK Boiler Fit to install it, so peace of mind for the next 10 years.
