AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. It took them over 3 months to send my bag after multiple chases. Brutal experience. I did get my bag in the end, but at what cost. Avoid if you can.

Mibolsalondon not keen to give refunds.
I bought a handbag from Mibolsalondon on the understanding that I could return it with a pre-paid envelope from them if it wasn't what I wanted.
I have e-mailed them numerous times asking for the pre-paid envelope but as yet have not received one.
This is very annoying.

This a scam
This a scam, they are reselling Chinese-made bags for 10x the price.
The shipping was late and the product quality was awful. When we asked for a refund they ignored us for 2 months.
Do not trust.

I ordered 2 silk scarves
I ordered 2 silk scarves. I had to make a change to my order right after I ordered, and Mibolsa London was able to help me out effectively AND right away. I just received the scarfs and they are SO beautiful and soft! I haven't used them yet, but can't wait to!

I agree with the terrible customer service. I’ve waited 2 weeks for my bag. I’ve emailed and communicated via there chat service but I’ve had no response. It appears as though it hasn’t even been dispatched! I suspect that this company could be a SCAM.

Disappointed
I bought one bag 1 month ago, today the bag arrived, the low quality, the different color, I’m so disappointed about that.
I will return this bag, I’m not recommend!!
I couldn't return the bag, I lost my money, the company didn't want to resolve the issue, they offered me another bag so I could delete the bad report, and since I didn't delete it, they didn't resolve the issue. We had a long email exchange, but they always made up a story.
Don't fall for the scam, pay attention!

Never receive the products I ordered and no update for over twe weeks after order. Is this site scam? No reply for emails either!!!

Dear Customer, thanks for your message and we are extremely sorry for keeping you waiting. We just checked that your order was delivered on 13th July. It will take around 7-8 shipping days from the UK to US. We will improve our stock managment to avoid further issues.
Bad customer service :UPDATE ; case settled after 1 month plus
Bad customer service - did not respond to emails and message on instagram. I ordered 11 days ago and nothing happen until today. I am not sure if they are actually scammers now. Be careful dealing with them.
Update : They responded that they have delivered the Honora bag, when actually I have not even seen or received it. Another bag is lost somewhere and cannot be tracked at all. I don't know what to say now.
Update : Finally, after more than a month and emailing back and forth (after getting their attention), I have been refunded. The emails were polite and they apologise profusely. I am just glad that things are settled, after being ignored for so long. I guess writing reviews in Trustpilot is a good way to get companies to respond.

Good quality bags at a great price
I've bought from Mi Bolsa and the bags have been great quality. They're very pretty and well made. You might have to wait a little for them to arrive but They're worth the wait, especially at that price point.
