I DONT RECOMMEND. I have ordered apricot color of Eden bag yet was sent a black one. I received it a few weeks after ordering, and quickly contacted mibolsa asking to have it exchanged per the order. It seems they had some glitch as the order on their side showed two colors - apricot and black, but instead of asking me first to clarify which one I wanted they just sent a black one. Once I contacted them, I was advised a few days later, they would send correct one to me within a few days once they received new delivery. I have been very patient but have not received the correct bag till today and now they are unresponsive.
Update 12th Feb 2026 - I still have not received apricot bag nor confirmation with tracking link that it was ever sent to me back in Aug. The company stopped responding to me then (i was contacting inforATmibolsalondoncom as there were no other contact means, no ph# listed)

After 3 weeks of waiting I received the wrong color because the colour I ordered was not in stock. I am now trying to get a refund from them, it's been two weeks, they are just not responding to my emails. There's no phone number to call them. I will be asking Citizens Advice to help me find a way forward.
Update 26 July - still no response from them
Update- 28 August - no response from them.

This company might be a scam. It’s been two weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received the goods. I’ve been trying to contact them for a week with no response. My credit card was charged on the day I placed the order.

This place is a scam.
Beware if you order from them your receipt will say Mi Bolsa Hong Kong!
Terrible absolutely despicable no customer service!
First off it says the bags come from London, after you purchase the merchant is in Hong Kong. Website says fast shipping. But i never received any updates after the purchase. I emailed customer service and they don’t even send you an auto response saying we received your email we will be contacting you. They finally email back, and tell me they don’t know where my order is “they will look”. Never heard back. I asked to cancel, never heard back.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. After purchasing 2 Eden bags I was not happy with the quality so I sent an email advising how to return! After waiting for days and days I was ignored ! I then had to open a dispute with pay pal and yes you’ve guessed it they ignored them right until the last day . I’ve returned the bags and yes the dispute is still going on even though I’ve returned the bags I still have not received a refund ! Please avoid like the plague I am now going to warn every handbag forum to avoid them which consists of thousands of people , hoping each person will spread the word ! They take your money , ignore your messages and refuse to refund you. I believe all the US reviews are fake ! I will also be contacting VOGUE to verify if they advertised their bags ! If so they should be accountable for their actions!

Ordered a bag and seemed to be no problems, until 6 months later the bag strap broke (only with light usage). The bag was sold with one year warranty.
I contacted customer service who told me they would send out a replacement item.
After 2 weeks no bag was received, so I contacted them and told me there was none in stock and to wait for another week. The time passed and no update so I emailed again and have since been ignored. Completely fobbed off and now no replies at all. Would advise to shop elsewhere

Bad customer service. I had placed order # 2865 dated 11/19/24 (2 items); as of 12/5/24 neither tracking nor product have been received. Back in October had no issues with 1st order. Now, I have contacted customer service multiple times via website and chat without luck. AI said they were offline and to try website or instant message; nothing worked. My card was already charged but no merchandise received. Very disappointed and annoyed. Will request a refund and won't have my business anymore.

The customer support is extremely poor as there is no response to emails, FB, or Instagram instant messages. Despite payment made on 22/11 for order #2877, I have made several attempts to contact them but have not received any reply whatsoever. Website shows order have been sent on November 27, 2024, but no where tracking number notification is given at all. I just need an update.

Terrible customer support - no one replies to emails or chats - or Instagram instant messages. I ordered the bar Oct 5th, got it Oct. 21st and have tried numerous times to contact them with no reply at all.

Got my bag yesterday- perfect size and good quality leather but the 2 extra straps are stiff/ fake leather, its not the same kind of leather used for the bag- I wished Ive noticed right away, now Im stuck with it. They have good customer service available anytime you need help.

It's spacious without looking oversized, and the design is simple but so elegant. The leather is soft, and I love how durable it feels.

I bought a bag from them in June it is made with real leather . Fast delivery too. The customer service lady is kind and very helpful, she helped me choose the style ( for my girlfriend).

I had a MiBolsaLondon bag on my birthday list and two separate groups of people got it for me. I contacted Mibolsalondon to see if I could exchange one for a different bag and they were super responsive, addressing me by name and how fortunate I was to have such a situation. The representative I was communicating with quickly said of course I could select a new bag. When I did email back with my new choice and inquiring how to return the duplicate bag, she said to just pass it on to make someone's day better. I received the second bag, which I love just as much as the first one and definitely appreciate their responsiveness and generosity.
