I phoned Market Harborough today and spoke to Emma, I found her to be very understanding and helpful with my problem, she said she would phone me back when she had sorted everything out for me. A while later Emma did phone me and had straightened out all my account for me. I would strongly recommend this building society and Emma who is kind and very considerate

Our meeting face to face with Jay was very helpful explaining what options we had regarding our savings.
The meeting took place in the Market Harborough Branch.

I needed some information about interest on an account. The Customer Service team replied very quickly with clear instructions on how to obtain the details I needed

Jane at the Rothwell branch was very helpful and went the second mile in sorting a transfer for my father.

Superb, person-centred customer service from Laura today. Visited the kettering branch with my elderly father, who doesn't hear very well. Laura explained everything thoroughly, in simple clear terms, in order for my father to make an informed decision. Great, personalised service from a local Building Society. Thank you.

Emma in the savings support team was very extremely helpful and professional, Emma phoned up following an email I sent and answered our questions very quickly and satisfactory. First class service.

Went in to open a savings account,i knew which one i wanted to open.
Did the tranaction quick and thorough, explained everything and gave me some information about the account l opened. Gave me information on other accounts if in the future i like to open another one.
Andy was very helpful and welcoming as new customer, was satified with my transaction .

Having spoken to them over the years and again today I always find they are so polite, take their time - never hurry or make you feel you a problem client!!

I must have ticked the wrong box about offshore status and recieve a letter with SAE. The error was corrected promptly. Excellent customer service.

I have been dealing with MHBS for over 55 years, firstly securing a mortgage from them when I firstly got married.
Since then I have always used them for safe keeping of my monies over the years.
From when I first stood in front of their Manager a "Mr Mee" to discuss my forthcoming marriage and need to buy a home all those years ago until the present day everyone at MHBS has been firstly professional and VERY, Very helpful to me, my wife and family.

I spoke with a helpful and patient lady called Emma. Talked me through my login in issues and withdrawal process. She was professional, well mannered and knowledgeable...a great combo!

Very plesant experience. Emma was helpful and walked me through each step which i needed help with. Task was easy to complete with emmas help and it took minimal time

Visit to the branch in Kibworth to get interest figures, efficiently dealt with and Jay upgraded one of the accounts to get a higher rate of interest which she told me about. All the staff there are always friendly a d helpful.
