To start this off, Rasheed (sorry if misspelled) is AMAZING and extremely helpful but, if I could give zero stars for overall experience, I absolutely would. When my fiancé dropped off her suit for our wedding the guy said "well since you don't need it until 6/13 we'll do a pick up of 6/1 to make room for prom season appts." First red flag because if the alterations need adjustments, we won't have it in time for our wedding. We decided that while we were in the area a couple weeks later to stop in and move up the pick up date. Second red flag, the person working with us went out back and came back up FOUR times saying he couldn't find her stuff. This was concerning because it was online/final sale. Third red flag, we also saw the tablet when he left it while looking for her suit for the third time and it said the alterations would only take 50 mins and absolutely could have been done the day she dropped it off because it was dead in there. But if not, it should not have been pushed out two months for such a short period of time being spend altering. We finally spoke with the guy she dropped it off with and he had such a bad attitude and asked when we needed it and we said early May. He told us that probably wouldn't happen because they have a lot of work to do for prom and I told him there wasn't a lot of work to do when he decided to prioritize prom over someone's wedding and without turning around while walking out back he hollered "STILL A LOT OF WORK TO DO!"... He came back out and said he moved her stuff to the 5/6 pick up shelf and that was it. We called a couple of days later to confirm it was changed in the system and was told three times that it was but it is now 5/6 and we went all day without hearing from them. I just stopped in after work and her suit is in fact not ready and has not even been started. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and I hope they take this review as a learning opportunity so future customers can be treated better. My family will never purchase from here again and everyone else I have the chance to deter, I will.

Response to me walking in was immediate and focused. No up charging, everything was simply ready to move on the next step. Abraham was prompt and able to multitask.

Christopher was very helpful and knowledgeable about what clothes would be best. Helped a lot with choosing clothes and tuxedo options.

They were helpful in the fitting and made sure I was the best dressed at my prom.

The men’s wear houses in Pittsburgh are some of the most unorganized horrible experiences I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of interacting with. The Robinson township pa Men’s wear house Jen, is rude and has a terrible attitude, she also smells like weed, the assistant manager looks like she hasn’t showered in weeks and her clothes look frumpy. Honest to god it was horrid just walking into that mess then dealing with them ignoring customers, standing around talking, and smelling of weed and how you best describe is a combination of weed, not showering, and covering it all up with that tacky as heck love story smelling style perform for you older millennials if you know you know, I took my kid and we went to another place to look for prom suits, this place is a mess! Do better! I don’t need my kids being around dirty pot heads!

Great customer service. No pressure to buy anything extra. Purchased a dress shirt and they steamed it for me.

We recently visited the southpark store & had a great experience. Warren helped us & he was awesome! He was very attentive & helpful. The store was packed with prom & wedding shoppers & he was very busy and handled it all with ease. Warren helped us pick out the suit, shirt, tie, steamed it & helped us tie a tie! He was also funny & it was a great experience, thanks!

The Men’s Wearhouse in Port Saint Lucie is a disaster. If you shop there or rent from them you will regret it. Staff is lame, product is shanty, service sucks. You’re going to love the way you look? No. You’re going to hate the way you feel. Stay away.

Syracuse Men’s Wearhouse was amazing today as I shopped for a suit for my daughter’s wedding. Tyler provided excellent customer service helping me with proper measurements, style and accessories. In another lifetime, I sold suits and service is important to me. Tyler was great. He answered questions, gave feedback and helped me feel good about my purchases. Additionally, the prices were reasonable for the quality that I received. Well done, Syracuse Men’s Wearhouse!

My name is Zomar, I was looking for a shirt to go with a suit I wanted to wear to a wedding. I went to Men's Wearhouse in Brentwood and had the pleasure of meeting a rep named Charone. This young lady was so helpful and pleasant. Her customer service is unmatched. Let's just say, I walked out with an entirely different suit to wear. This is definitely by far one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had shopping. Great job young lady, you deserve a bonus and a raise.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Men’s Wearhouse yesterday. I walked in and spent time browsing, but was completely ignored by the staff—no greeting, no offer to help, nothing.

What made the situation worse was that shortly after, an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and was immediately approached and assisted by the associates. The difference in treatment was noticeable and unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and equal service, regardless of who I am. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I went to Nick’s Menswear, where I was promptly greeted and offered assistance right away—exactly how customers should be treated.

I will not be returning to Men’s Wearhouse at Arrowhead 77th and Bell Rd.

Clearwater store will not answer the phone. Have called three times now and it just rings for sometime then disconnects. Store associate said I could call anytime to check on alterations.

I have long held Men’s Wearhouse in high regard for its reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer care, which is precisely why I chose to shop with you. Regrettably, my recent experience fell far short of the standard I have come to expect. Additionally, when I subsequently went to retrieve my suit, I discovered that it had been tailored incorrectly. Christian informed me that my pants would be placed in the appropriate pile for hemming and instructed me to return within thirty minutes to one hour. One hour later, when I returned as advised, he acknowledged and admitted that he had placed my garment in the wrong pile—a mistake that caused significant delay and inconvenience. I was scheduled to leave town over an hour prior to this encounter, and the error effectively disrupted my plans and timetable. This further compounded my frustration, as I had specifically relied on Men’s Wearhouse to provide precise and professional alterations. The combination of the miscommunication regarding the pants and the improper tailoring of my suit has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the consistency of your service.
I chose Men’s Wearhouse precisely because of its widely respected reputation for quality and attention to detail. I trust that management will view this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that such errors and miscommunications are not repeated with other customers. I would appreciate being informed of how you intend to address and rectify this situation and, if possible, of any corrective measures you may offer.

I ordered a pair of dress pants on-line. Pants were mostly synthetic (artificial) material and look ok if you just need to be dressed casually. Price was reasonable, and shipping only took a week longer than should be. The color, charcoal gray, was basically charcoal, and looked the same as black. The only gray was some of the inside lining.

I left a review stating facts about men's wear house, pointing out that they support, gays, lesbians, and trans, I don't agree with that at all and find it disgusting that they do. I have freedom of speech and yet, the location in greenwood band me from there store, they are a woke company, and are bigots.
